Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-523-6398. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

The process for travelling to the rental agency is quite frustrating and painful. The surprise charges changed my rental from (approx) $50 to OVER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. Theprocess for returning the car and travelling to the terminal is also frustrating and painful. I will never recommend or return to NEXTCAR, anywhere in the world.

At the time we were there they needed a couple more customer service reps to handle the amount of customers in the lobby, so service was a little slow and it frustrated the customers and the wait for our cars was too long like 90 minutes.

Poor maintenance on vehicles. I was stranded 2x and no replacement provided. No concessions for the inconvenienceand loss of time. You are difficult to reach as well. Iwill not rent from you again.

We have 2 reservations for minivans , No minivans was available ending renting 3 cars one was not working properly and one was not clean and empty gas !

Iam a frequent traveler and use most major rental car companies. This was my worst experience. I had to wait for an hr before i got my car and noticed others waiting even longer with 1 attendant and rest staff whiling away time . Thecar was dirty and not in good shape and 1 shuttle bus back taking 45 mins between trip enough to miss the flight back season travel there should have been a supervisor on duty to ensure smooth flow.

I reserved car over a month prior to my trip. When I got to rental they had no cars available and sat there for some time to wait on one to come in. Customer service seemed like this was normal. I will not be using or recommending next car for any future business.

They were out if cars when I got there. I waited two hours to finally get a car that was clearly one of the employees cars. It was tinted everywhere even the front window which made it near impossible to drive at night. The back tit was bubbling so I couldn't see through the rear window.The inside was disgustingly dirty and smelled awful. The oon, there was no windshield washer fluid so I had to windex the windshield before I went anywhere. It was the worstexperience I have ever had with a rental car company.

Left a pair of expensive sunglasses in the rental. When I called lost and found office. They just gave me the run around and leaving me on hold. Went back and saw one of theworkers with my sunglasses.

Not only did I rate you low on Google, your company immediately responded to the review . When I called your customer service I spoke to one of your unprofessional agents who put me on hold and sent me back in the line to wait behind 9 customers. NEXTCAR WONT BE MY NEXT RENTAL

Picked up car at 10pm. Interior windows were all hazy. windshield wipers terribly worn out and rubber had glazed the windshield so much so that I i had to scrub it myself the nextday. No floormats and one tire was 25% low air (alert lightwas illuminated on dashboard) and windshield wiper fluid was either empty or washed pump was broken. Returned car and waI would receive email with final bill, which I did promptlybut have never felt ignored like this while returning a car. Should be given final bill in person so it can be looked at and reviewed for accuracy. Also, within an hour of returning car, found odd charge on my card that wasn't on the closing bill. Called a couple days later and was told the car wasreturned "extremely dirty" which was not true. There was some sand on floor of driver's foot area which could have alsobeen avoided by PUTTING FLOOR MATS IN THE CAR. Regardless Iam fighting the fee. WONT RENT FROM YOU AGAIN ANYWHERE

The service was good in general, but it took us too long picking up the car. There was long wait for the shuttle from airport to rental car office, once there the wait in the line was also long.

My family had a bad experience with Nextcar rentals in San Juan. There was only one customer service person at the counter (i pity her) attending more than 10 customers. I hadto walk away because i waited in the line for more than 2hours. I did not take the rental vehicle from Nextcar.

The first vehicle I received was dirty and had an alignmentissue. I had to return it because it made too much noise as the speed picked up. The new car was in better condition, but still not clean. The customer service was great, they replaced the vehicle with no problems.

The customer service representatives were very chatty with each other, and less concerned about providing good customer service. When I received my vehicle, there was a sensor light one, and it took them a lot of time to figure outhow to handle the situation which cut into my vacation time. When I return the vehicle there was, very little commundidn’t have to stay in because I was just waiting for a copy of my receipt which I didn’t need to wait in line for 15 minutes. Also the shuttle back to the airport was very chaotic so I ended up getting an Uber to the airport from the rental car place.

The fuel tank was only 3/4 full. Found bugs (roaches) in the car after our first stop.
