We are located in the Renaissance LAX hotel, on the 4th floor.

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

Please make sure you bring:

1. Valid Driver’s License

2. Proof of Full Coverage Insurance (FIRST AND SECOND PAGE OF YOUR INSURANCE POLICY IS OK)

3. Major Credit Card (No debits, No cash, No prepaid cards)

SECURITY DEPOSITS (FUNDS AVAILIABILITY)

IN ADDITION TO THE RENTAL AMOUNT A SECURITY deposit of $200 is required at the time of rental.

Foreign insurance are not accepted

NO SHOWS

Reservations are considered NO SHOW after 2 hours of pick up time.

The inside windows (especially the front and rear) had thisweird film on it (it wasn't cigerate smoke). I think beingin the hot sun some interiors emit a weird vapor. After I drove it off the lot, when the sun hit the windshield it wasreally hard to see as it created a blindness. Other thanthat, an awesome car for an awesome price!

I came to know this place from Priceline.com, i chose them because i find them very cost effective compare to other big giant renting companies. i got to admit that i was a bit scared because i was traveling with my family having four kids between the age of 12 to 1 year old and not sure what would happen at the day and time of renting the car since this is not a famous place or renting companies. As thesaying goes Never judge a person / Business until you really meet them in person and experience them. I was wrong in prejudging them. Right after landing at LAX i got an automated text message providing all details of what to be done and how to catch Shuttle to Renaissance Hotel. Shuttle was pretty quick, i went fourth floor, met this lady by nameRosa who was very courteous, detail and she know what sheis doing. i checked out just within 15 minutes with a nice and clean Dodge Caravan in which all my family members can fit. The elevator was broken the day we rented. We had to lug 3 50 lbs. bags up four flights of stairs, plus carryons. This was very disappointing. In addition the rental throughPriceline said similar to Toyota Camry. I consider a Hyundai Sonata to be in a lower price category and so I felt this was underhanded. Finally, as an out of towner I would have appreciated an explanation on Flex Express lanes inLA and that the toll feature I paid for did not include this access. I did appreciate the text and it was smooth to get to and from the rental facility. The car was nice though it seemed a little smaller in the trunk then a Camry would be.

I will rent from this company again. The only negative is that the rental counter is a bit hard to find (although theyprovide excellent directions) and the space devoted to the rental counter is too small for multiple customers at one time.

I was bit taken aback by the location and set up especiallysince the correspondence from the company is not the same across the board. I received texts and emails from different company names. However, the check in process was pretty smooth. I do not agree that you will be charged a fee if your turn in is after their business hours. Most flights are outside of a 5pm closing time.
