The staff was extremely rude and told me there was no other option but to run the charge as credit and that they could not run it as debt and proceeded to do it for the peoplestanding next to us. I believe this was a racial discrimination.

The inside windows (especially the front and rear) had thisweird film on it (it wasn't cigerate smoke). I think beingin the hot sun some interiors emit a weird vapor. After I drove it off the lot, when the sun hit the windshield it wasreally hard to see as it created a blindness. Other thanthat, an awesome car for an awesome price!

There were no instructions as to access the shuttle. Even checking with the information counter was not helpful asNextCar was not even listed on the rental car agencies atthe counter. The staff was not friendly at all when we finally arrived. I was rented a car that had a lot of dings and dents and we walked around it and checked it. The interior of the car as spotted and stained. When I returned the car, damage was found under driver's side door. I never had an incident with the car and I believe it was probably there when I checked out the vehicle but it was located in a spot that I would have had to step away from the vehicle to see. I will never rent from your company again and I do not recommend anyone renting from your company.

I came to know this place from Priceline.com, i chose them because i find them very cost effective compare to other big giant renting companies. i got to admit that i was a bit scared because i was traveling with my family having four kids between the age of 12 to 1 year old and not sure what would happen at the day and time of renting the car since this is not a famous place or renting companies. As thesaying goes Never judge a person / Business until you really meet them in person and experience them. I was wrong in prejudging them. Right after landing at LAX i got an automated text message providing all details of what to be done and how to catch Shuttle to Renaissance Hotel. Shuttle was pretty quick, i went fourth floor, met this lady by nameRosa who was very courteous, detail and she know what sheis doing. i checked out just within 15 minutes with a nice and clean Dodge Caravan in which all my family members can fit. The elevator was broken the day we rented. We had to lug 3 50 lbs. bags up four flights of stairs, plus carryons. This was very disappointing. In addition the rental throughPriceline said similar to Toyota Camry. I consider a Hyundai Sonata to be in a lower price category and so I felt this was underhanded. Finally, as an out of towner I would have appreciated an explanation on Flex Express lanes inLA and that the toll feature I paid for did not include this access. I did appreciate the text and it was smooth to get to and from the rental facility. The car was nice though it seemed a little smaller in the trunk then a Camry would be.

Customer service was nice bust seemed preoccupied at the time of pickup. The car wasn’t washed. It smelled musky inside, had crumbs and needs an interior detail. I had to cut my travel short and needed to return the vehicle early. I called three times and was placed on hold over 10 min each time to discuss the return. Finally I just dropped itoff after hours. This survey is the first communication since the drop off. So essentially I gave NEXTCAR double per day for the rental. Your early return policy is unforgiving and since I wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone Ilost over $350 in value on the time I wasn’t able to use the rental. At the time of the return another customer wasdoing a an early return as well and indicated his dissatisfaction in the customer service area as well. I will opt for another rental car company the future that has the ability to have a less stringent early return policy.
