NextCar of LAX Los Angeles Airport 

NextCar is proud to offer car rental at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) through our affiliate provider Priceless Car Rental, located inside the Renaissance hotel.
 
Our location is a short driving distance from all of the Los Angeles' top attractions, like Hollywood and Beverly Hills where you can shop, dine and take in the scenery in style. Let NextCar and our partner in LA Priceless Car Rental, provide you with a smooth ride in LA! 
 
Before renting, please read our comprehensive list of terms and conditions. Please call our affiliate Priceless of LAX office 310-216-0000 with any questions. 
 

We are located in the Renaissance LAX hotel, on the 4th floor.

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

Please make sure you bring:

1. Valid Driver’s License

2. Proof of Full Coverage Insurance (FIRST AND SECOND PAGE OF YOUR INSURANCE POLICY IS OK)

3. Major Credit Card (No debits, No cash, No prepaid cards)

SECURITY DEPOSITS (FUNDS AVAILIABILITY)

IN ADDITION TO THE RENTAL AMOUNT A SECURITY deposit of $200 is required at the time of rental.

Reservations are considered NO SHOW after 2 hours of pick up time.

There was a slight problem at the time of rental and the people at the office took care of it right away. Everythingwith the rental was very smooth. The office was very small and except for the person being waited on everyone elsehad to wait outside. The sun on the hot pavement with noshade or breeze was a little irritating.

My deposit was withheld for a bogus reason and my email inquiry into this was never replied to. This essentially amounts to fraud.

The car was significantly dirt and quickly “swept” on the inside. The car strongly smelt of marijuana, in fact, we found a container of it. I had three children with us in the vehicle. This car is also not what I reserved, a minivan. It was too small and unsafe for us without the adequate room for our luggage

the reception personnel was rather curt...not so friendly or communicative. the lot was crowded and service or check in very slow. the car interior windows were not so cleanas became more clear as windows fogged. But most disappointing was this. My car was due back by 12 noon on a Monday. In order not to miss this deadline, I actually took drop the car off on a Sunday. Did not realize the lot was closed, so I dropped the key into the lock box...BUT I ARRIVED at the checkout by 6 am in the morning on Monday to have the car checked out so that I would not be charged some $20 lock box fee...which I did not really understand. The lady told me to come back at 7am one hour later which I did...but even so, I was not assured that they would not charge me a $20 lock box fee. Now this was a 3 week rental costing $1500. Waiting to see the result

Turned out to be convenient and hassle free. I did have to stop and clean the inside of windows as they were completely filthy.

The entire rental experience is awful, I typically rent replaced budget or hertz and I should have stuck with them.First of all the location is so weird going to a hotel parking garage when it was advertised as onsite at the airport. Then the check in process is incredibly slow everyone is crammed in a tiny room waiting for two employees to takeen they ask me for my confirmation email, I show it to them and they say it’s not the right one, and they can’t look it up, I even did the survey in advance, and it still took so long to get the car! Then once I got the car it onlyhad a quarter tank of gas which was a little annoying. Once I returned the car I had to then wait to be checked outwhich takes some more time, when at other car rental places you just drop the car and leave. Then once I checked out I started getting multiple texts that said my car was late and delinquent and I am committing a crime etc.! It was
