Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-523-6398. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

The service was good in general, but it took us too long picking up the car. There was long wait for the shuttle from airport to rental car office, once there the wait in the line was also long.

My family had a bad experience with Nextcar rentals in San Juan. There was only one customer service person at the counter (i pity her) attending more than 10 customers. I hadto walk away because i waited in the line for more than 2hours. I did not take the rental vehicle from Nextcar.

The first vehicle I received was dirty and had an alignmentissue. I had to return it because it made too much noise as the speed picked up. The new car was in better condition, but still not clean. The customer service was great, they replaced the vehicle with no problems.

The customer service representatives were very chatty with each other, and less concerned about providing good customer service. When I received my vehicle, there was a sensor light one, and it took them a lot of time to figure outhow to handle the situation which cut into my vacation time. When I return the vehicle there was, very little commundidn’t have to stay in because I was just waiting for a copy of my receipt which I didn’t need to wait in line for 15 minutes. Also the shuttle back to the airport was very chaotic so I ended up getting an Uber to the airport from the rental car place.

The customer service personnel at this facility is the worst. This company is certainly losing money by keeping thesame incompetent staff working the counter. The car was not available on time and the price paid online was jacked up 50% with some fees that made no sense. The staff made it easy for many customers to cancel their reservations on ty like dollar. I preferred to pay a bit more than to dealwith the personnel at this place.

I had a bad experience with next car they charged me 2 for the rental of the car they gave me a dirty in the inside and out the car was smelling like cigarettes and it only had half of gas in the tank when calling to ask why I haveto pay so much they was rude and did not gave me a valid answer.

I was charged more than indicated in the confirmation from nextcar directly. Then you took a deposit so overall more than 800 usd. Now I don’t see the deposit back and yet Isee another charge for other 800 usd. The rental costed 375 usd and you have charged more than 1.600 usd. Gave me acar that had a very bad tire. Had to repair it

Terrible customer service my first and last time renting with nextcar. Ended paying over twice of what I was quotedthat was so ridiculous. With other companies I have always paid what I was quoted. So extremely disappointed with my experience and will never use again

bad service, they gave me the wrong vehicle, it was dirty, the gas was only half full, they charged me too much andthe employee to whom I gave cash to lower the payment only put 100 cash in the system and I gave him 130 cash, he kept those 30 dollars, his employees are stealing cash fromthat company. Super bad experience, I will never go back.

I requested a small car I received a medium size car. 2.Took 4 hrs to pick up the car the customer service personal invest to much time talking personal matters. 3. Thecar dont was full tank was a less than a full tank. Otherwise I will offer C as a grade cualification.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I waited in line for 3hrs to get my rental. They were very understaffed, yes , but not even an apology, or a sincere response to customer’s frustration. The shuttle came twice to the airport and on both occasions left full with people whohad just arrived . I think the drivers should have a listrt the passengers who arrived first . I think the airportneeds to put in actual rope or lines for customers to stand behind . It was a horrible experience! The employees cleaning the cars and getting them were great , but overall it was an horrible experience. And I was traveling with 2 kids !

The agent was very polite and the car was new and nice. The reason I rated #4 as a 5 is due to the additional taxesfees that were not disclosed when booking. We were charged an additional 40% in taxes and fees, almost doubling our cost for one day. I will recommend others do more research before booking with Nextcar.

The original price of the van was great until I got my bill after I turned it in. I was charged double the rate because of a late turn in which is untrue. They processed thepaper work an hour after I was there. This is completely unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint.

Car was broken and seats did not go down for access to 3rd row. My elderly parents and large kids could not jump over the seats from the back doors which is what they said to do. Car was filled with sand and trash and they did not give us any money back on the experience. It was awful. I tried to call 3 times and nobody got back to me. I was toldis right. 717.343.1177

It took 2-hours for me to receive the rental vehicle after I paid at the counter and was given my paper contract, the car had extensive outside collision damage and was dusty and dirty on the inside (I can send you pictures and videoif requested) that's just unacceptable for a pre-paid reservation.

The car was filthy and I could not exchange it because the line was 10 people deep and when I tried to return it for a new car it was quicker to just keep it after I already cleaned it on my own the front seats were stained and smelled like they had been soaked in ocean water the rear trunk area was a mess also full of beach sand the car also waork it would not go up or down I wish this survey would of allowed me to attach the pictures I have from the way the car looked when it was given to me my # is 203-581-5980

We booked a vehicle via Expedia for pick-up at 12 pm and arrived before 12 pm. Waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes before we got a vehicle that was not even in the class we rented. Seemingly the car rental was waiting for the return ofvehicles to get everyone a vehicle as they had no vehicles to rent. Several persons complained about their vehicless they neededa replacement vehicle. I would never rent from this company again!!!

lousy, horrible 7 hours of waiting for them to deliver the car that I had reserved and paid for a week ago. The car had many cockroaches and after 7 hours of waiting they told me that they were canceling the reservation because they did not have the car that I needed available. I also called customer service and it was terrible, they also did not place and my 7-year-old daughter almost fainted. To add more to the bad experience while she was in the long wait of 7 hours, a person came to return the car that had been assigned to her because the brakes did not work and she almost had an accident. the worst experience of my life

Gave rental to me on a quarter tank, I brought it back on a half tank, and was still charged for gas. Added a bunchof fees for services I didn’t ask for or use. (Roadside assistance)
