Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-523-6398. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

I had to wait 3 hours for the vehicle to pick it up when I ask the guy I turn in the paperwork he gave me a smart answer. he advised he didn’t know why was my vehicle taking long I told him I gave you my paper work and everyone that had gotten after me were gone already with there vehicle. After asking one of the managers were my car was they caon the back. They act like your getting things for free when your paying top dollar for a vehicle that is not..

It was only one person to help 10 ppl on the line, car was not clean and smelled like cigarette and then when we returned the car service was bad, I asked for the receipt and no buddy check the car.

The fact that I rented and paid Expedia and then when I arrive I was charged again, it happy, will never rent from you or tell anyone to rent from you, my $50 rental was over $100!!! Ridiculous!

The customer service is curt, charged for tolls not used and charged for spouse driver. I’m sure a company can’t charge and pocket tolls and that spouses are not charged asa second driver, especially when they’re not driving. Ontop of that Booked through Expedia and they disowned any responsibility. Their advertisement stated all taxes anda fees after we returned the car on our credit card. Sick of these Scams!

The first car was dirty, worn out windshield wiper, not mechanically sound, had to return car, got the second car andit was worst, all disrty, CV joints were making sound. I will not rent from this company again.

It’s been 15 days since I returned one car on reservation number 88819 and 7 days since I returned another car on reservation 89331 and I still have not received the down payment in my bank account.

Horrible service took over an hour to get the car. And the car was so dirty and they said it was cleaned. The car had so many scratches and dents and tires was so bald. And to return it was a joke also. Never again from this company.

At the web with a third party you pay an amount, but once you arrive is another amount. The representative just told me that is not her problem. She said their is some small letters that said the price could change but I never found it. 0 customer service and misleading ads...

Car was in really bad shape and ac did not work in the back. Car inside was dirty. Hand marks on the window.

Daily.Charges for using EZ Pass are outrageously high. Specially when you do not use it everyday. Other car rental companies do not charge a daily fee for the EZ Pass.
