Your online add leads you to believe that the rental pickup is located at the airport, when in fact it’s 8 miles off property. Bad business on your part!

reservation not found, needed a code to access the key, we never got a code.

I never received the car. Since the car was given away after our flight was delayed, we found another reservation and asked for a refund which the man in customer service said he will process. Never received service or car. Nor therefund yet, after texting, emailing and calling.
