This location is on site at the Consolidated Rental Facility at BWI Airport.  When you deplane at BWI, follow the signs to baggage claim, and then exit the terminal at any of the doors that lead outside.  Once outside the terminal, follow the signs for ground transportation.  All of the busses at BWI pick up at the designated ground transportation bus stops outside of the terminal.  
 
The car rental facility has dedicated buses that are clearly marked for transportation to the car rental facility.  Once you've arrived at the car rental facility, look for NextCar on the far left side as you walk in through the front doors.  Look for our large video sign that features our logo and specials.
 
The qualifications to rent from this location are stated on the qualifications page. You may access them here. This location accepts major credit cards and debit cards. No insurance verification required for customers flying in who present a valid round trip airline voucher. For local customers not flying in the rental deposit is $350 over the estimated charges of the rental.

A strange car to access trunk and all doors. No remote. Only way to open the trunk was by lifting lever in car so a pain to put groceries in etc.It was very inconvenient.

More light in the rental garage would be helpful. It’s difficult to inspect the vehicle when renting and difficultto look for belongings in the car when returning. I realize this is possibly out of your control but thought I’d mention it.

Customer service during at the check-in desk: very good. However, I thought the rep at the booth (near the car inventory) could have taken a bit more time to go over the vehicle'sfeatures, etc. Basically, 'here is the key, use the key fabalarm to find it in the lot, make sure not to go out the wrong exit (street spikes), check for damage.' Being in a newcity/airport after dark, it would have been a nice gesture to take a little more time. Yeah, I know the guy was busy, but I just wish he had asked and this would have gone a long way. This does not overshadow the entire rental. The car wasfine and did what I needed it to do.

Was not aware when returning in the very early morning to take key to personnel at inside counter. I was expecting someone to check in the vehicle as I arrived in the garage. All was good.
