Our friendly customer service representatives at NextCar of BWI can help you find the rental car and service you need!
 
This location is on site at the Consolidated Rental Facility at BWI Airport.  When you deplane at BWI, follow the signs to baggage claim, and then exit the terminal at any of the doors that lead outside.  Once outside the terminal, follow the signs for ground transportation.  All of the busses at BWI pick up at the designated ground transportation bus stops outside of the terminal.  
 
The car rental facility has dedicated buses that are clearly marked for transportation to the car rental facility.  Once you've arrived at the car rental facility, look for NextCar on the far left side as you walk in through the front doors.  Look for our large video sign that features our logo and specials.
 
The qualifications to rent from this location are stated on the qualifications page. You may access them here. This location accepts major credit cards and debit cards. No insurance verification required for customers flying in who present a valid round trip airline voucher. For local customers not flying in the rental deposit is $350 over the estimated charges of the rental.

Car was not full of gas. I drive out of the parking lot and it drops to 3/4.

The customer service rep at BWI was very crass and definitely had poor customer service skills. I experienced brakeissues with the rental the day after and was driving to Connecticut from Baltimore to attend a funeral. I explained to customer service that the vehicle vibrated when I applied the brakes and made a grinding noise. I was seeking to swep on the phone told me to drive back to Maryland when I'm done with the funeral. That was very rude and insensitive and offered no resolution.

When we got to the desk, there was an issue with our reservation. Apparently we were charged twice and issued two different reservations, one which we were completely unaware of. Not only that, but the price given to us at the deskwas more than what we were told online. Then, we were told that we would be getting an “upgrade” to the car we recei Upon inspection, we noticed that there were MANY scratches and dents, all over the car. But that wasn’t the real issue.. the real issue was when we opened the car door and saw stains, food, and even a Wendy’s bag with fries all over the floors. The car was never cleaned! And when we told the rep that was helping us, he just said “We can just take the bag out and it will be good to go.” I let him know that we will not be taking that car so he again “upgraded” us to a Camry. This has been a really unusual and horrible experience and I don’t believe I will ever use this com

We arrived to pick up our car and were told that Expedia had made a mistake and our car was not going to be availablefor over an hour. We asked if there were other vehicles available and were told no. After about 45 minutes we saw another customer given a car. We went back over and Pam, who was very helpful, told us the person that relayed the inflot of frustration as we were there for my husband's father's funeral and did not need additional stress.
