Our friendly customer service representatives at NextCar of BWI can help you find the rental car and service you need!
 
This location is on site at the Consolidated Rental Facility at BWI Airport.  When you deplane at BWI, follow the signs to baggage claim, and then exit the terminal at any of the doors that lead outside.  Once outside the terminal, follow the signs for ground transportation.  All of the busses at BWI pick up at the designated ground transportation bus stops outside of the terminal.  
 
The car rental facility has dedicated buses that are clearly marked for transportation to the car rental facility.  Once you've arrived at the car rental facility, look for NextCar on the far left side as you walk in through the front doors.  Look for our large video sign that features our logo and specials.
 
The qualifications to rent from this location are stated on the qualifications page. You may access them here. This location accepts major credit cards and debit cards. No insurance verification required for customers flying in who present a valid round trip airline voucher. For local customers not flying in the rental deposit is $350 over the estimated charges of the rental.

The manager, I think her name is Ms. Pat. She is always a pleasure to work with. She efficient and quick and extremely helpful. It does not matter how many people are in line for rental she does her job effortlessly and friendly and always so kind.

When I arrived at the BWI Terminal to turn in my NextCar rental, there was no one at the return area and no one at the NextCar desk inside the BWI rental car complex. That was disappointing but not critical since there was a drop boxto leave the vehicle's key. I wanted to ask an agent about the possibility of having a toll charge against the car,ue. Ralph Wakley.

The price was right, and the NextCar employees were helpful, but our Kia Rio smelled strongly of smoke. Previous renters had clearly smoked in the car, which was unpleasant.

I was assured in a telephone conversation with NextCar customer service that a late pickup of my rental was OK, and that the time for pickup had been changed. When I got to the car rental garage, I was told they had no such record, that I had been declared a No Show, that my car has been rented to someone else, and I would have to rent a more expe anyone else I know.

Processing of rental was very quick and simple. Representative at the desk was very kind and quick process. Price was reasonable and came out exact same amount as what they told me at the time when I made a reservation. I am 100% satisfied and I will use nextcar rental service again.
