NextCar of LAX Los Angeles Airport 

NextCar is proud to offer car rental at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) through our affiliate provider Priceless Car Rental, located inside the Renaissance hotel.
 
Our location is a short driving distance from all of the Los Angeles' top attractions, like Hollywood and Beverly Hills where you can shop, dine and take in the scenery in style. Let NextCar and our partner in LA Priceless Car Rental, provide you with a smooth ride in LA!

We are located in the Renaissance LAX hotel, on the 4th floor.

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

Please make sure you bring:

1. Valid Driver’s License

2. Proof of Full Coverage Insurance (FIRST AND SECOND PAGE OF YOUR INSURANCE POLICY IS OK)

3. Major Credit Card (No debits, No cash, No prepaid cards)

SECURITY DEPOSITS (FUNDS AVAILIABILITY)

IN ADDITION TO THE RENTAL AMOUNT A SECURITY deposit of 200 is required at the time of rental.

Worst experience ever. Started with the long wait then got a car on complete empty with the light on. When bringingthe car back they actually told me it had a full tank andlastly still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

Terrible company with terrible service. Kept hanging up phone on me, took an hour to just get up to the desk to check the car out. Guy told me every road has tolls in CA so we should really get the toll pass added on, I agreed thinking he was being helpful. Nope not one toll so wasted that money for the toll pass, and it seems like the employees

Car was great but it took 1.5 hours in line to get our car, standing in hot sun. What a debacle. The car itself was fine. It was almost 40K miles and wasn't perfectly clean, but for the price, it was great. That said, the instructions to the location from LAX are incorrect in the email. The instructions are different when you call and it is explained how to do it. The location at the door of the elevator is, frankly, fright simple. The pictures I sent never uploaded. The drop offwas similarly disastrous. I would never use this company again. Actually, it is because of this experience that I will never use a discount company again; only a major national brand. My trip was wonderful, and again, the car itself was fine. But the experience of getting to/from the location, and the location and staff itself, put a stain on anotherwise terrific trip.

I had a slow leak in one tire. I emailed you to authorize me to take care of it. There was no response. I took measuresto borrow an air pump and finally had the tire repaired at a reputable service station.($25).I received my refund when returning the vehicle.
