We are located in the Renaissance LAX hotel, on the 4th floor.

1. Upon arrival to LAX, please proceed outside to the lower level outer curb and wait under the Pink LAX shuttle sign. At that sign you will wait for the 'LOT E SHUTTLE'. Once you board the bus please inform the driver that you would like to go to the 'Remote Rental Car Depot'.

2. Upon arrival at the remote rental car depot, cross the street, we are third hotel on the Right Hand side, Hotel Name Renaissanse HOTEL at 9620 Airport Blvd, Once inside the hotel walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor

Large passenger vans: when picking up large passenger vans such as 12 and 15 passenger units, it is necessary due to shuttle capacity that only the renter and one other passenger take the shuttle to the pickup counter. The renter will need to pick up the remaining passengers at the airport.

Please make sure you bring:

1. Valid Driver’s License

2. Proof of Full Coverage Insurance (FIRST AND SECOND PAGE OF YOUR INSURANCE POLICY IS OK)

3. Major Credit Card (No debits, No cash, No prepaid cards)

SECURITY DEPOSITS (FUNDS AVAILIABILITY)

IN ADDITION TO THE RENTAL AMOUNT A SECURITY deposit of $200 is required at the time of rental.

LOCAL RENTERS:

Renters with boarding pass arriving at LAX IN THE PAST 24 hours of rental time and have a return ticket will be allowed unlimited miles and can drive in CA. NV. AND AZ

Renter Qualifications
 
Qualifications for renters and additional renters / additional drivers:
 
Unlimited miles are allowed only if you have a BOARDING PASS / deplaning on the day of rental and RETURN AIRLINE TICKET along with a Major Credit Card. ALL OTHER DRIVERS ARE ALLOWED 10 MILES/DAY AND CAN DRIVE IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY ONLY.
 
NOTE: ALL CARS ARE AUTOMATIC SHIFTS. MANUAL CARS / STICK SHIFTS ARE NOT RENTED BY OUR COMPANY. 
 
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT : Drivers License / Major CC / Full Coverage Insurance (Declaration page should be sent to our email address AMPMCARRENTALS@GMAIL.COM.)
 
**Local renters not flying into LAX and renters without a boarding pass or return airline ticket, please review the local policies before booking/reserving the car (additional conditions apply).
 
Valid US or International drivers' license (Original)
 
All renters should have in their possession proof of minimum CA Liability Insurance (Declaration Page) or can be purchased at the counter (cost $12 - 15/day).
 
Back to back (CONTINUOUS) online reservations are not permitted there should be a gap of at least 5 days between two reservations. EXTENSIONS OF CURRENT RENTAL HAS TO BE IN PERSON AND WITH APPROVAL FROM OUR OFFICE (min $30/extra day in additional to daily rates). 
 
No Refunds for: Unused / Extra Gas /Early Returns
 
Cancellation:
MIN 1 DAY OR $50 CHARGED IF CANCELLED WITHIN 25 HOURS OF PICK UP TIME
Reservation are automatically cancelled after 2 hours of pickup time.
 
FULL CHARGE FOR NO SHOW or returned any time.
 
All cars are cleaned reasonably and if dissatisfied renters can get the car normal washed and provide the receipt for reimbursement (up to $12 / rental).
 
Admin fees for any and all traffic violations / tickets / tolls etc is $50
 
Cars should be extended / renewed minimum 24 hours prior to return date (time)
The renter and or any additional renter and or authorized additional driver (and the respective insurance companies of each) is primarily responsible for all third party claims of personal injury, including death, and property damage caused or arising from the use and operation of the NextCar vehicle during the rental. If NextCar is required to provide primary coverage (CHARGES APPLY), it shall only be in an amount necessary to satisfy the minimum financial responsibility limits required by law. Where permitted, NextCar does not provide uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. In those states where NextCar must provide such coverage, NextCar will only provide such coverage up to the minimum limits required by law.
 
 
Payments
We accept all major credit cards.  In order to use a debit card as a method of payment at time of rental the following policies must be met: 
 
1. Credit card must have a Visa, Master Card, Amex or Discover logo. 
 
2. All cards / documents should be in the same name (as the driver)
 
3. Renters must present a return airline ticket and rental date BOARDING PASS
 
4. Security Deposit  $200-$500 in addition to the total rental amount. 
 
5 Local renters to pay with Major Credit Card only (Debit/bank/cash cards not accepted)
 
6. Additional Drivers / Additional Renters / all above requirements applies
 
Refunds take up to 15 days.
 
Additional Days are $30 plus your daily rates.
 
Delinquent rentals that are not paid in advance will be billed at min $85/day (starting from the first day of the rental)
 
We are heavily discounted car rental agency and we make every effort to give our guest the affordable and road worthy cars with attention to our customer service. 
 
Each cancelled RESERVATIONS THAT ARE SECURED ON CREDIT CARD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICK UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED $50 (OR ONE DAY RENTAL) + APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES
 
DEBIT CARDS / Cash Cards / Prepaid Cards are not accepted from local renters.
 
Pay Cards
 
ONLY Major credit cards are accepted to rent the vehicle.
 
Each cancelled RESERVATIONS THAT ARE SECURED ON CREDIT CARD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICK UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED $50 (OR ONE DAY RENTAL) + APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES
 
Deplaning Renters at LAX Airport should have the required total rental amount and additional $200 to initiate the rental. 
 
Local renters or renters without return airline ticket should have additional $1000 as deposit. Local renters are allowed 10 miles per day and can drive in Los Angeles Area Only (25 mi RADIUS). Debit cards not accepted from local renters.
 
In order to use a debit card as a method of payment at time of rental, the following policies must be met: 
 
1. Must have a Visa, Master Card or Discover logo. 
 
2. A ONE TIME FEE OF $20.00 WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN A DEBIT CARD IS USED. 
 
3. Renters must present a return airline ticket/confirmation - and boarding pass on issued on the day of rental.
 
Drivers
Normal age to drive our rental car is:
$0 : Age 25 to 65
$20/day : for drivers between 21-25  and  65 and above
$12: for each additional driver (EXCEPT SPOUSES WITH SAME LAST NAME AND ADDRESS ON DL AND INSURANCE)
DRIVERS UNDER 21 years of age are not allowed to drive our rental cars.
 
All renters / drivers are required to provide 
Original Drivers License (min valid for 2 months from date of rental) 
Major Credit Cards (Debit Cards / Cash / Checks etc not accepted)
Proof of full coverage insurance (Declaration Page).
 
All cars are cleaned reasonably and if dissatisfied renters can get the car normal washed and provide the receipt for one time reimbursement (up to $12 / rental).
 
Tires and windshield are the responsibility of the renter. We provide cars that are roadworthy, nails flat tire, drained battery is the responsibility of the renter charges apply if assistance is requested (it is advisable to have your AAA card handy )
 
Additional requirement for LOCAL RENTERS:
Deposit $1000
Drive within 25MI radius(LOS ANGELES COUNTY)
10 FREE MILES PER DAY (ADDITIONAL MILES AT $.39)
Major Credit Card IS A Must
Full Coverage insurance (Declaration Page) required
Pay check stub (for the current and/or past month)
Utility Bill (Latest and Fully paid)
 
Admin Charges (in addition to original toll /ticket / any vioation:
For each toll road ticket: $15
Any other ticket : $50
Delinquent rental recovery: $500 - $1500 (includes track / personnel / documents / reporting / collection fees)
Road Side Assistance: $50 (plus the actual fees charged by providers)
 
Each cancelled RESERVATIONS THAT ARE SECURED ON CREDIT CARD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICK UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED $50 (OR ONE DAY RENTAL) + APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES
 
Geographic Restrictions
For Renters arriving at LAX Airport on the day of rental WITH RETURN AIRLINE TICKETS = Cars can be driven only in California, Nevada and Arizona. UNLIMITED MILES
 
For Local Rentals RESIDING IN SOCAL WITH NO AIRLINE TICKETS:
Local renters mileage allowance = 10 miles per day ($.39 for each additional mile)
Drive within 25 miles radius ($12/day for local unlimited miles)
Debit cards are not accepted from local renters and renters who do not have a boarding pass on the day of rental and return airline tickets
 
GENERAL TERMS:
Returns to be done during hours of operation. After hours drop off/returns is highly discouraged and no courtesy shuttle is available a one time charge of $20 is assessed if cars are returned after duty hours and will be added to your final bill / invoice.
 
Cars returned after hours will be checked the next business day at 0800am after we open our office. Any / All damages with the rental vehicle will be responsibility of the renters until the rental agreement is closed after checking the vehicle. It is therefore strongly advised to return the vehicle during our normal business hours.
 
The make / model / year / color (interior and exterior) of the car varies and cannot be guaranteed.
 
NO SMOKING : $250 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY TRACE OF SMOKE / ASH OR CIGARETTES
 
Local Renters Policy
Local renters policy - local renters not flying into LAX and renters without a boarding pass or return airline ticket (RESERVATION SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE):
 
Debit Cards are not accepted for rental payments.
Local renters are allowed 10 miles free per day
Local Renters can drive only in Los Angeles City and Vicinity areas (25 miles radius).
$1000 should be deposited as security deposit IN CASH OR CASHIER CHECK FROM A MAJOR BANK prior to rental start date. (FUNDS WILL BE REFUFNDED AFTER 48 HOURS OF RETURNING THE CAR)
ADDITIONAL MILES ARE CHARGED AT $.39 (FOR ALL LOCAL RENTERS).
Local renters should provide proof of full coverage insurance (financial responsibility) for renting.
 
THE FUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE UNTIL AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN RETURNED (upto 15 business days) or YOUR BANK HAS APPLIED THE MONEY BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 
 
PREPAID DEBIT AND OR GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF DEPOSIT.
