PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Easy Shuttle Ride: After you come out of the BAGGAGE CLAIM area, go TO THE UPPER LEVEL (DEPARTURES) under the RED SIGN (HOTEL SHUTTLE). Take the RENAISSANCE Shuttle, get off at the Renaissance Hotel and walk past the check in counters. At the end of the Lobby take the Parking Garage Elevator to the 4th Floor.
Shuttle runs in loops and should be expected every 25 minutes (No call is necessary to request the shuttle)

Remember to have your Drivers Lic, Major Credit Card and Proof of Insurance with you when you arrive at the Rental Office.
Verifiable proof of Insurance and / or Boarding Pass and Return Airline tickets (that matches the rental pick up and drop off dates) should be provided whenever requested by the rental car company to determine the mileage and geographical restrictions)PAY LATER POLICY

Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions:Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car.
Prepaid terms and Conditions
- The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.
- PREPAID debit cards are not accepted at this location. (NetSpend, Bluebird, AMEX Serve,Chase Liquid, Movo, RushCard, etc) We gladly accept bank issued debit cards.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY
Policies applied to primary drivers apply to additional drivers too.
There is a fee of $20/day and the additional driver should have the same qualifications as the primary drivers

Rental should be returned on the date and time mentioned on the reservation.
Additional hours charges are Min. 22/hour up to 45/hour
After Hours / Unattended Return: Park the car on the 4th floor in designated parking spot (or lineup behind the car standing in the lot). Check and take all your belongings. drop the key and parking entrance ticket in the AFTER HOURS DROP BOX in our office. Reply to this email that you have dropped the car with details on miles and gas. Please report all damages and accidents. Renter is responsible for the car and payments until we see the car and close the rental agreement.
A one time fee of $20 is levied for any car returned during off duty hours / after hours.
Cars should be parked in proper parking spots and without blocking any vehicle or objects or operation of any business. Wrong or illegal parking will be charged $350- up to $1000. Please take pictures of the odometer and car at least 8 pictures displaying the entire vehicle when parking so there is not issue. We will be inspecting the vehicle after 0900 am the next day.
SUNDAY / AFTER hours / OFF DUTY HOURS RENTALS: Just in case if the reservations are for SUNDAY this transactions might be unattended. In this case renter is required to submit all the information for the rental including Drivers License, Credit Card and Insurance and all supporting documents and the rental agreement will be signed by the renter remotely. Car pick up information will be provided 1 - 24 hours in advance. Renter will be Responsible / REQUIRED check/inspect vehicle upon pick up including the 7-10 pictures and noting mileage and gas.RENTAL COVERAGES
Renters are required to provide proof of full coverage Auto Insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased at the counter in order to rent the vehicle. Foreign Insurance is not accepted at this location (Except Canada). If you have US auto insurance then please remember to provide the Declaration Page to review the coverage. All insurances has to be valid and should be maintained by the renter for the entire duration of the rental.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE ISSUED BY ANY OTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN USA.
ALL Renters: if you have your own insurance then please provide the latest proof of insurance if the document is over 14 days old then renter needs to call the insurance company and have them send us the "Declaration Page" for the policy in effect to our email address ampmcarrentals@gmail.com
Proof of both Collision Damage Waiver and Liability insurance accepted by the rental company are required or insurances become mandatory to purchase at the rental counter. We only accept insurances emitted in the continental USA (Geico, Allstate, Progressive, USAA, Esurance, Liberty Mutual, Mapfre, MetLife, Nationwide, State Farm, Farm).RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ONLY IN CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA only, out of travel area/zone/range is a Min $2000 and .39c per mile plus the actual rental and penalty of $85 from day 1 of rental date. Travel to Mexico or any other country is not permitted and the penalty will be in excess of min $3000 plus the above charges.
For Renters arriving at LAX Airport on the day of rental WITH RETURN AIRLINE TICKETS = Cars can be driven only in California, Nevada.
Minivans / SUV / Full size Vans / Premium Cars can be rented on Major Credit Cards Only.
All debit card holders can rent Compact cars / Intermediate and Full Size Cars/Sedans only with one-time non-refundable $100 debit fee.
Minimum charges for pet hair / or smoke or any residues of pet hair or smoke is $350FINANCIAL POLICIES
We accept all major credit cards. DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THIS LOCATION FROM LOCAL RENTERS AND DRIVERS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS:
A ONE TIME FEE (non refundable) OF $100.00 WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN A DEBIT CARD IS USED.
1. Credit card must have a Visa, Master Card, Amex or Discover logo.
2. All cards / documents should be in the same name (as the driver)
3. Renters must present a return airline ticket and rental date BOARDING PASS
4. Security Deposit $200-$500 in addition to the total rental amount IS ASSESSED ON EVERY RENTAL before the start of the rental period.

7. PREPAID RESERVATIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON CHANGEABLE AND MARKED NO SHOW IF NOT PICKED UP ON THE DATE AND TIME OF RESERVATION, Renter should provide all documents and charges as applicable on the reservation and additional charges for any other services including but not limited to Additional Drivers, Addnl Mileage, Geo Restrictions driving, insurance, etc.
Refunds if any, take up to 15 days.
THE FUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE UNTIL AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN RETURNED (up to 15 business days) or YOUR BANK HAS APPLIED THE MONEY BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Additional Days are $75 plus your daily rates (Minimum).
Delinquent rentals that are not paid in advance will be billed at min $85/day (starting from the first day of the rental plus $ 200 as admin and processing fees)
Only 2 extensions can be done over the phone. Renter has to be present with the vehicle at the office to do the additional extensions of rental car.
IF DEBIT CARDS ARE USED BY OUT OF STATE RENTERS THEN THERE IS A 1 TIME FEE OF $100 ASSESSED IF RENTER PROVIDES HIS OWN FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE (INCLUDING LIABILITY AND COLLISION COVERAGE)
DEBIT CARDS / Cash Cards / Prepaid Cards are not accepted from local renters.
Debit Cards / Prepaid cards / Cash is not accepted to rent Minivans / SUV / Full size Vans / Premium Cars
If some one other than the renter returns the vehicle then there is a one time fee of $50
OUR MAX LIABILITY IS ONLY UPTO THE MAX AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ACTUAL RENTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE RENTER .
IF THE CARS ARE RENTED FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS OR OVER 500 MILES THEN it is the responsibility of the renter to check all fluids and water and maintain levels or bring to our office so we can do the inspection (during our work hours 0900 - 1700)
RENTERS UNDER 25 YEARS CAN RENT ONLY ECAR AND ICARS AND SHOULD HAVE MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE
ONLY Major credit cards are accepted to rent the vehicle.
Each cancelled RESERVATIONS THAT ARE SECURED ON CREDIT CARD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICK UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED $50 (OR ONE DAY RENTAL) + APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before pick-up are subject to a fee of $50 or amount paid online, whichever is lesser. There will be no refund in case of cancellations made after that or no-shows.
Get 100% refund on insurance if it is canceled before pick-up time. This will be canceled automatically with your car cancellation.
Deplaning Renters at LAX Airport should have the required total rental amount and additional $200 to initiate the rental.
Local renters or renters without return airline ticket should have additional $1000 as deposit. Local renters are allowed 10 miles per day and can drive in Los Angeles Area Only (25 mi RADIUS). Debit cards not accepted from local renters.
In order to use a debit card as a method of payment at time of rental, the following policies must be met:
1. Must have a Visa, Master Card or Discover logo.
2. A ONE TIME FEE (non refundable) OF $150.00 WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN A DEBIT CARD IS USED.
3. Renters must present a return airline ticket/confirmation - and boarding pass on issued on the day of rental. 1 fully paid latest utility bill and latest paycheck
****PREMIUM CARS / SUVS / ELITE LUXURY / ELECTRIC CARS POLICY****
Renter Should be 30 years or older
Major Credit Card and Verifiable Full Coverage insurance is needed (Declaration page from insurance company with endorsement needed)
1000 DEPOSIT REQUIRED
If purchased from our company full coverage insurance will be $75 - $150 per day (Deductible $10000)
Allowed to drive in California, Nevada only (if driven out of the CA/NV then penalties of $750/day)
Min 2 days advance booking required
Non refundable deposit of $450 will be charged and credited towards the rental when booking is made.
For electric cars vehicle will come with 75% initial charged battery.
Only authorized drivers (on rental agreement) allowed to drive.REFUELING POLICIES
Please return the vehicle with the exact amount of the fuel provided at the time of rental pick up. Vehicle should be returned at the same amount of gas taken when renting. Refueling fee is $9/ gallon (Minimum amount charged will be $20). You have an option to purchase the fuel at the time of pick up at the existing or little lower gas pump prices.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Normal age to drive our rental car is:
$0 : Age 25 to 65
$20/day : for drivers between 21-25 and 65 and above
DRIVERS UNDER 21 years of age are not allowed to drive our rental cars.

Multiple reservations / reserving then cancelling then reserving the rentals under same name will be cancelled and $100 per reservation will be charged to the renters credit card on file.
All renters should have in their possession VERIFIABLE proof of minimum CA Liability Insurance (Declaration Page) or can be purchased at the counter (cost $20-28/day). WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE ISSUED BY ANY OTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN USA AND CANADA.
All international renters: Copy of Passport, Original Drivers License, Address in USA and Original Country, Tele# in USA and original country. Foreign insurance not acceptOTHER POLICIES
All cars are cleaned reasonably and if dissatisfied renters can get the car normal washed and provide the receipt for one time reimbursement (up to $12 / rental).
Tires and windshield are the responsibility of the renter. We provide cars that are roadworthy. Nails. flat tire, drained battery is the responsibility of the renter charges apply if assistance is requested (it is advisable to have your AAA card handy)
Admin Charges (in addition to original toll /ticket / any violation:
For each toll road ticket: $15
Any other ticket : $50 - $75
Delinquent rental recovery: $500 - $1500 (includes track / personnel / documents / reporting to authorities/ collection fees)
Road Side Assistance: $50 (plus the actual fees charged by providers)
ERROR AND OMISSION ARE RECTIFIED BY CA
The make / model / year / color (interior and exterior) of the car varies and cannot be guaranteed.
NO SMOKING : $250 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY TRACE OF SMOKE / ASH OR CIGARETTES THIS APPLIES IF THE NEXT RENTER COMPLAINS OF SMOKE SMELL IN THE CAR.
THE FUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE UNTIL AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN RETURNED (up to 15 business days) or YOUR BANK HAS APPLIED THE MONEY BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
PREPAID DEBIT AND OR GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF DEPOSIT.

Duplicate reservations (More than 1 Reservations made in the same name ) will be cancelled. There is no refunds on prepaid reservations. All cars has to be in different renters names with their own original documents (Drivers License / Credit Card and Proof of full insurance i.e. Auto Liability and CDW)
EXTENTION OF RENTAL:
THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 DAYS GAP BETWEEN 2 ONLINE RENTAL RESERVATIONSEXTENSION OF RENTAL SHOULD BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE AT NEW RATES ON THE DAY OF EXTENSION BY CALLING OR EMAILING AND PAYMENTS (SUBJECT TO AVAILIABILITY). Charges and rates on the rental agreement are valid only for the original dates. Extension of rental is subject to availability and higher rates and fees.
NOTE: ALL CARS ARE AUTOMATIC SHIFTS. MANUAL CARS / STICK SHIFTS ARE NOT RENTED BY OUR COMPANY.
No Refunds for: Unused / Extra Gas /Early Returns
New rental agreement cannot be generated/done/performed if the renter has a previous claim on an accident or tickets that are not cleared and settled
