Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-523-6398. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

I waited 3 hours for the paperwork and an additional hourto receive the car. When returned on Monday Jan 30th, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to return the Nissan. Service was horrible.

Customer service is awful they abandoned the office and nobody showed up for 2 hours. No employees available and the cars are were dirty and in very bad shape. I am telling all my family and friends to never use your services. It is ashamed that we still have this service for our people. Close the place.

Arrived to the place and was told about additional charges that I wasn’t even aware about. I rented thru thrifty inSan Juan and was not charged addt Charles for tires, roads and mandatory tolls, car was dirty and will never rent from Nextcar again

I rented a car waited hours to get car also to return it was also a very slow process. After almost a month despiteall efforts with office in PR to the the deposit back. Westill haven’t got the $250 dollars deposit. So please Be aware! I do not recommend this place for a car rental.

Your service reps at this location are the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Had to hunt them down at midnight after along flight to just get the car. Acted like I was infringing on their time. No one checked me out when I turned the car in. I have to believe anyone would have been an improvement and a better representative for your company.

It was the worse experience we ever had renting a car. 3 hours waiting for a car then another 30!minutes for the car to come. It was dirty and pretty much with dents. I tookpictures. After flying over 12 hours to have to wait was unacceptable. I will never rent from them or recommend this company When returning the car the staff was not accnice and said she would talk to her staff. Also the priceI was giving as total when I rented online was not the same The person said that there were about $110 additional fees not included so I will look at that and if need to dispute with my credit card. They also said we had to purchase the daily tolls. At that point we were so tired thatwe just wanted to go so that was an additional $50 more dollars. It's not car rental it's a freaking scam. Selling insuranceillegally for a car that nobody would use in mainland USA. Puerto Rico nextcar was the biggest scam I have ever experienced in the United States. They do not know how to deal with a customer either. Bunch of gangsters run this place

We booked the car online. When we arrived at airport the driver of the shuttle told us That we might be lucky if there were cars available. We got there and they gave us a car. First the car was going to the right like it wasn’t aligned. When we got to our destination we found out that tire were in threads. Call and told the what was wrong, we wenally the last day I had to extend another day and told me that it cannot happened because they didn’t have cars. Next day I call talk to Luis and gave me the extension so I’m glad that at least the work with it! Grisel. Nei and Luis are good employees the rest are a joke. Thank you!

The day I picked up the car, everything seemed to be “perfect”, even when I returned it on January 17th. After a couple of days I called “NEXTCAR” phone number because I seeI charge of $603.00 on my bank account. They supposed to return me $200.00. The guy who was on the phone explained to me the company would charge me a “late fee” because I reained to him I didn’t save my boarding pass to send a prove I flew back to my home in Miami on January 17th. At the end, he provided me an email in order to put me in contact with the person it’s supposed to take care of the caseslike mine and no one ever reached back to me. At the end, NEXTCAR charged me $502.49 and nobody cares. Whata mediocre service.

Fist there was no car available on my arrivel. After a long wait they gave me a car that was not clean. On my return there was nobody working at the place to checkout. I left the key on the office desk unattended. Also there was noshuttle to take me back to the airport. I had to ask for a Uber. Lastly there was supposed to be a $250 HOLD on my cposit. I called customer service and I was told they willrefund the $250 and it can take up to 10 business days. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Car died on us, bumper was about to fall off, lots of dents and scratches. When car broke down nextcar basically told me that they couldn’t help me. Took 2 hours to get my rental car. Everyone in line was super annoyed and there were three workers there but only one was taking people. Never going to rent from you guys ever again

The Jeep I rented was really nice, but it has a lot of cockroaches in the cup holder and back seat, The are from the rental office to the car pickup need to be paved and asmoother access to the car pick place. It has gravel and you have to get on the road to roll your suitcase, is dangerous with cars speeding up behind you..

Employee at the counter was short and hasty in conversation. The car took about 45 minutes to get, although we were the only customers waiting. The only satisfaction was that the car was clean, once we finally received it.
