Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-523-6398. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

A car rental company can never allow its customers to be at the mercy of a single receptionist desire to go home without other trained employees to fill in at a moment’s notice. The receptionist took care of two people before me and as I approached the counter with my driver’s license and credit card in hand he said something in Spanish and 1/2 hours before another employee came to service me and give me my scheduled rental. My son and I missed dinner as a result and had a 2 hour drive to San Germain ahead of us. The receptionist who finally provided the service was quick and efficient but there was no apology. I arrived to pick up my car at about 9:30 pm and left with my car at about 11:20 pm. I arrived at my destinationat 2:20 am due to the delayed service. And that’s how I started my birthday weekend. At the momento I make my reservation they didn’t explain it to me I have to paid the rest at the counter. I paid $106 dollars online and at the moment I arrived at the counter I paid in total almost $600 dollars. That price took mefor surprise.

The only thing I can question is that when I return the car I was told to just leave the paperwork inside the car with the keys and never got a receipt from them stating that everything was ok,other than that everything was good 👍

When I arrived at the airport I went outside to get the shuttle. It was 7:20 pm. While some rental car companies had an independent shuttle for their facility, your companyhad one shuttle for multiple and it was smaller then the shuttles for individual rental car companies. With the massive amount of people for the same shuttle, there was no waack in about 20-minutes because he was the only driver. Realising it would take nearly an hour and a half to take the shuttle to get to the rental car, I paid $18 for a cab. When I arrived to the company with my family, I waited in line for almost 2 hours while a single person was helping everybody with about 5 people outside just BSing. The only person working the counter would put a customer at each counter and help each one of them with just a few pieces of information at a time until moving to the other which took an ungodly amount of time to get anything done. Total fraud when renting the car online was given one price, get to the location $150+ more than what we rented for. Will never use your company again. Total false advertising.

Won't ever rent with NEXTCAR again. The customer service was HORRIBLE and we waited hours to get the car rented. The "forced" car insurance when we already had coverage was ridiculous. Very bad experience and will never use them again and will not recommend to anyone.

Car was dirty and all beat up on outside paint missing engine sound horrible no wiper fluid and car was legit dirtyinside stains all over and broken console pieces I won’t never rent from next car again

I waited an hour in line to rent the car. Two people manning the line one male Nd one female actually working. Toomuch chit-chat socializing instead of working. One hour to check out a car is excessive. I went to Charlie’s rentalcar and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. You should learn from them.

Firstly customers service when I arrived to the location very rude and barely answering to the questions that were asked. Secondly the car that was provided to use was completely dirty outside literally cover in dirt bumper to bumper. Thankfully we approached the guy one more time and change the car for a clean one and definitely in better condit

The shuttle never arrived so we had to spend $30 on a taxi. When we finally arrived at Nextcar it was a long process to check in and an even longer wait to check out with the car.

FINAL RECEIPT was NOT provided nor emailed, counter to car time was excessive, customer service awful and discriminative, there was an upcharge for already paid taxes, manager not available... aside of being short-staffed (which is understandable) rude demeanor and unnecessary wait time.
