Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-523-6398. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

We picked up our car and as we pulled out the gas light was on and blinking. We turned around and the guy told us the gas station was down the street. I have never picked upa rental and had to put gas in it. As the paperwork said it would be full. If I didn’t return it with a full tank I’d be charged 9$ a gallon but yet we didn’t any gas. So thayou be paying us 9$ a gallon since there was no gas?

When arrived at the airport, I had to wait a long time and after calling 5 times, we had a ride to the rental location. The rental process was very long and by the time we received a car and arrived at the hotel, my dinner reservation was cancelled. When returning the car, we called a day beforehand to make sure somebody will be there at 4am. We haheck out process works.

Terrible experience and cancelled onsite due to experience and mismatch in rental price. Based on this experience I do not see ever giving my business to your company. Nor will I ever recommend. In fact your team has done everything to make me mention the poor service to anyone that asks.

Me entregaron el carro sucio afuera y por dentro y con olor a marihuana y sin gasolina le dije q me lo cambiaron y no quisieron lo limpiaron por encima pero la peste de de mariguana seguía. Y además me cobraron adicional $30.00 para otro conductor cuando era solo yo q iba a conducir y servicio al cliente malísimo y mala actitud . Yo no vuelvo

It was such a horrible experience being my first time in Puerto Rico. We arrived late from our flight at 2am. Waiting in the lobby of Nextcar and nobody was there to help us. It took 2 hours for someone to get there. They didn’t have the car we booked. Gave us options to another car. We got a keep Cherokee. Back door didn’t even work. Someone hadhe next morning we come to find out the car had roaches. So disgusting. Worst car rental service I’ve had to experience.

After checking in at the counter with the attendant and getting the paperwork to get the car, the wait time was excessive to physically receive the vehicle from a different attendant outside. They drove the car that I ended up receiving to the back of their establishment and it appeared that they rinsed off the vehicle then drove it in front to be reiple individuals waiting to get cars who were equally frustrated. Also, the car was a smaller size than requested and paid. They explained that the vehicle I received was their biggest vehicle at the time. I would not recommend them to friends or family. Especially this location.

I was due to pay 92 dollars upon arrival and charged an additional 300 . I am highly dissatisfied and will not be renting from here again. My car was filthy inside and out but yet I was charged an CLEANING FEE. The car was scratched and banged up.

The employee whom I had to deal with was very rude and unprofessional. When ever I tried to ask or had any question, just kept repeating himself without answering my question. Should train everyone of the basics in customer serviceand work ethic.
