Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-523-6398. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

I am a frequent and global traveler. The only reason I rented a car from NextCar is because there was no cars available with the traditional companies in SJU (ie. Avis, Budget, Hertz, etc...). This has been my worse experience. The customer service was awful. The personnel was not courteous, friendly, helpful. Overall, it was a very bad experience.l organization.

my experience was horrible. never renting here again! my flight was delayed, and I called to inform the change to the office so they could arrange the change on my reservation. when arrived to pick up my SUV they said they did not have an SUV because I arrived late even though I called themto inform them. plus that only one person was working withnd they started cleaning when we there waiting for the car.

The watting time to pick up the car was more than 45 minutes, then we had to drive back to get another car because that one was making a sound, then the second car 3 days later a warning comes up, two days later desapear and then another check engine shows up, and I haven’t get my depositback yet

During my rental there was a shortage of employees. This cause a delay for the amount of people to be served. To befair to the employees some customers were not happy with the vehicle presented to them. Your customer service personnel did the best they could in the situation. Overall I would rent again from your company.

We waited 2.5 hours to get our rental. The line was long and there was one employee training 2 other employees while there was more than 15 people waiting. I suggest you do training during slow time and less customers that way you can get them in and out sooner, especially after they have such a long flight just to get to PR.

Customer service is definitely something that needs to beworked on. As a customer I understand that rental facilities are busy but when you have to wait several hours afteryour posted reservation to obtain a car then it creates aproblem because it throws everyone’s schedule out. In addition, I had some inquires about the adding another driver ONE worker present handling multiple customers that wereahead so I decided to leave since I couldn’t be attended or helped. The car was good and did its job. But unfortunately I would only use this rental place or recommend to others to use on a worse case scenario situation.

At the time of pick up had to wait 2 hours as there was only one person working. As of Today I have not received areceipt or return receipt in my email as I was told.. trying to contact them and no one ever pick up the phone.

This was an absolute disaster!!! The clerk Ramon Alverez I believe was completely disrespectful and rude. He was overcharging me from my reservation rate with Expedia and would not correct it. Walked away from me at counter several times when he told me to get Expedia on the line to fix it. When I did so he refused to get on the phone with th station to service other guests. When I tried to communicate the issue with him he told me to move away from thecounter and would not except the information. He kept demanding either I was to take what was on the screen or leave. As I was on vacation and flew in from Pennsylvania celebrating my daughter's college graduation and had no choice but to take a car I felt like I was being scammed.This went on for over an hour.Finally I got a car I was directed to go stand outside for the vehicle which took another hour in the hot sun and getting bitten up by insects. The rental car was infested with German cockroaches. It was the scariest and grossest thing I have ever seen. The first vehicle was full of roaches, and dirty. The second vehicle was not cleaned but at least we didn’t see anyroaches. The waiting was very long about 2 hours only oneemployees providing service. I will never rent again fromthis place.

The whole ordeal was so horrible. From the person at the counter to the additional $300 in fees, I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is the most rip off placeI have ever booked a car with.

I want to help you as we need more options for rental @ SJU. Your employees are overwhelmed and in some cases a basic change would help. Here are 2 basic ideas: 1. Letthe front desk accept keys upon return, put them in a bucket or hang them until another employee can go move vehicles (it's unnerving for a client to have to leave the keys ch rep can manage 2 lanes, one for quick in- out and another lane for exceptions, I noticed a lot of clients with silly questions while I was in for a quick give me the keys- I-rent-all-the-time. Your vehicles are clean and nice, location, price, everything works, you are being killed on reviews because of the lengthy waits and chaotic pick up and return. Consider automating more on both ends. And, charge a little bit more so you can pay your employees thebest rate, I noticed they were exceptional workers, doing what they could. This was the worst experience renting a car we ever had. Inexcusable how bad their service was. Pick up at airport never showed, so we paid a taxi. Waited well over an hour for service (4 people in the building-1 was doing everythingfrom helping at desk to going to look for cars-then goingout back. People were there for over an hour before us stihey had was no where to be found. No reason why-they saidthey never had a wrangler. We returned the car early knowing the service was awful. Sure enough over an hour to return. The Nextcar is in the building with Allied who seems to be the group running the shop. Rude and slow. The allied building next door had way more people "working" . After waiting awhile for someone to come and inspect the car we returned-we asked a man from the other building-who said he couldn't do it. However after that he got cars out for 2 Nextcar renters then came over an checked our return. Worst

My reasonable rental price got jacked up an additional 75% once at the rental counter by “additional fees, not provided.” They also forced me to purchase the insurance because they wanted a copy of my car insurance like I carry a copy of that with me. Lesson learned!

i rented a suv and they gave a cheaper car- not suv Plus the service was bad- because many customer in line for just one guy in the counter Horrible company
