Poor customer service from the branch manager at this location. Not very helpful rush as you off the phone doesn’t want to answer any questions.

System was down and they did not have the vehicle that i had prepaid for. Gave me a smaller vehicle with the promisethat they would reimburse me the #100.00 difference. Called multiple times and was told a check would be issued. Still waiting for payment. Used to be my go to. Car rental place. Not any more if o can help it

I think you’re required to do quite a bit online when you rent the vehicle but then it still takes a long time at the rental company. I don’t get that part Also, I rented two vehicles and returned both early, but I’m only getting a refund for one and not the other. That doesn’t seem to make sense.

The rental office physical space needs ALOT of upgrades - everything looks out of date (paint, carpet, counters, etc.). Also, due to Covid, it would be nice to have hand sanitizer, wipes, and other measures to show your commitment to keeping customers and staff safe. These changes would improve the customer experience considerably.

It was likely the most horrific customer service experience of the last 10 years. Your manager was rude made attacking accusations and threatened me multiple times on the call. I was also asked if a copy of my rental agreement could be emailed to me, that was never received and I was charged for a cleaning that I am unaware of what was needed and’ve heard nothing back in over a week. This is one of theleast professional businesses I’ve ever experienced

Staff was quite friendly and car was clean in the surface. However, folding up the seats to let people in the back revealed a bit of trash, raisins, hair ties and miscellaneous items from the last rental. The front two tire appeared quite worn. Also, we were given an empty tank of gas.
