The woman who checked me in was cold and unfriendly. The guy checking me out was great, though. As for the cleanliness, the inside of the car was clean, but the outside was dirty. The check-out guy offered to have it washed, but I declined as I needed to get going. Should have been washedbefore I got there, but no big deal. Was surprised by thehigh clean-up cost of $75 (my guests tracked dirt into the van). Also the perfume you use in the car is icky sweet and unpleasant smelling. But overall I was satisfied and if I need another van in the future, I'll probably use you guys again.

Next Car has and continues to be the best Rental Agency that I have ever dealt with. The Staff is and has always been extremely professional, but at the same time, very conscious of the individual needs of the client. Shonda, Surge, and the entire staff works proficiently to satisfy the client at the Whiteflint Location. I will continue to use and invite others to use the service with NextCar. Thank you guys for a very satisfying experience on every occasion.

As a regular customer I was treated very badly by a Nextcar employee named Surge at this location . I had forgotten the rental contract and admitted my mistake but Surge continued on lecturing me as if I had committed a crime. When I explained this to assistant manager Chanda K. Yeboah she sided with Surge . I do not think their rude attitude was necessary when I admitted to my inadvertent mistake. I will never rent at this location again.

This was the Rockville location not White Flint, It took me over an hour to rent my car. They couldn't pull up my original rental which was 100.60 and I had to settle for the amount of 102.80. They could work on the customer service skills.

There was definitely a urine smell in the backseat of the car, and I was using the car to move items to a new residence. Not pleasant.

NextCar is the only company I've ever rented from that calls my insurance company every time I rent to verify my coverage. This easily adds 15min+ to the transaction and that's if there's no wait. I like NextCar's competitive pricing but I seems like you could streamline the process.

It’s too expensive. Pick up is always slow. Takes 45 minutes to pick up three vehicles.
