I prefer renting from other companies because of 2 reasons 1) the fact that i have to call my credit card benefits to confirm i have coverage is very frustrating. 2) you ask for too much personal information, e.g. my workplace, which i don’t see why is relevant

The Service members were quite helpful, both times I rentedI was pleased with the service. I would like to be on a frequent renter list and would like to know if you have a plan for Realtors, since post time I rent is for business purposes.

Been renting vans every few months to take my son back and forth to college. White Flint staff is excellent and the rate on vans is very competitive. Would love to see a repeat customer discount.

When using the usb portal to play my music 🎶 it kept shorting out a lot and I had to keep wiggling my cord or turn on & off the car radio to play. Also, for Frequent Renters/or Renters who get their Full Deposits Back shouldget a lower Deposit on FUTURE Rentals or a RENTAL Upgrade. Some Xtra Kind of Incentive to Keep Returning as a Valued

It was clear that our rental vehicle had not been inspected/cleaned since its return from a previous rental. We foundthe previous renter's property, etc. Although the District Mgr. refunded me one day's charges, this should not be occurring during a pandemic.

Rep. Chadel (I think I’m spelling her name wrong) but shewas amazing and patient. There were a few hiccups but shekept me calm with her positive attitude and she was very understanding and provided one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. I will always choose this location. Returning was quick and easy.

Found trash in both rear door handles when I got home, Which leads me to believe it wasn’t sanitized which makes me not happy with the rental.

I was not please with my rental experience with NEXTCAR. This is the third time that I have had issue with the vehicle that I rented from this company. I had a 8:00 am pick up time but I arrived about 20 to 15 minutes early. So I was saw when another renter had brought back there rental at 7:50 am. I watched as one of the employees pulled the vr my schedule pick up time and was get my information verified I notice when the vehicle drove off the property. At 8:10 am the vehicle returned and that was the vehicle I was given. I inquired with the lady behind the counter ifthe vehicle I was given was properly cleaned and sanitized. Because I could not see how one person could sanitize a vehicle of that size that quickly. She claimed that it was, but it was not. I always rent from next car but l had always some issues.The one l rented a car should be non smoking car but it was full of smelly smoke car . Please Let the take of it before other customers rent it.
