The clerk gave me the vehicle that smelled like marijuanasmoke. After I complained he dismissed it as being the smell from the cleaner. Only when I pointed out stains throughout the car including splashes in the ceiling (that included human hair), did he replace the vehicle and gave me another one. Throughout this process he was very rude, condeady on return was very pleasant and she provided excellent service.

We rented the car for 9 days. Went on vacation to SC, left at 4am in the morning so we could get the rental car back by closing. However, because of severe rain on the coast, it took us 12 hours vs. the 9.5. I assumed I could drop the keys off in drop box and I would not be charged. We called to let your office know we would be late after closing additional 192.03 because the car could not be returned until Tuesday. It would seem in todays world that technologywould allow you to know when keys are returned and not charge your customers additional money when it is your fault you close at 3pm. To make us pay extra for the days you were not open seems unfair and i would like the 192.03 returned to me

Rented 2 different cars in separate weeks. Both had smell of tobacco. The second car I returned after overnite. Drive from dealer to home and back. I request to not be charge for that overnite of not use and unacceptable smell ( second time). Clerk said a manager would call me to discuss the event. Never did. Unlikely for me to rent again fr

I rented a car that smelled terrible. The tires were not good. The oil light came on while on the New Jersey turnpikeand I put a quart in for $11.But I said nothing because Ihad a very nice relationship at the rental office. I have been a long time loyal customer of nextcar. I filled thetank to half upon return. Honestly it should always be ful ever, they said I was 2 gallons short of gas. Maybe it was the gas gauge of the car. I have NEVER been short before, many times filling it well above where I rented it. I got charged $17. I called to discuss. Nothing in response. A company can do what it wants, even to a loyal customer. I hope the $17 is helpful to your bottom line. I, unfortunately, will not rent again from NEXTCAR. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth. In my opinion, VERY POOR management.
