This location located close to MCO Orlando International Airport, and we offer a 24 hour car rental shuttle.  When you deplane at MCO Orlando Airport, call 321-800-6002 for assistance.  

Once outside the terminal, follow the signs for the offsite car rental  transportation.  NextCar of MCO Orlando International will pick up renters at the designated ground transportation shuttle stops outside of the terminal.  
 

NextCar has dedicated buses that are clearly marked for transportation to the car rental facility.  From MCO airport, you and your family and luggage will be transported the short 5 minute drive to our facility.  Call 321-800-6002 for assistance.

The qualifications to rent from this location are stated on the qualifications page.  This location accepts major credit cards and debit cards. No insurance verification required for customers flying in who present a valid round trip airline voucher.

THE SHUTTLE BUS TOOK OVER 25MIN TO ARRIVE. WHICH FEELS LIKE OVER AN HOUR WHEN YOU FLY IN AFTER 11PM. I WAS ALSO SOLD ON THE FASTPASS PACKAGE BUT NOT EXPLAINED HOW MUCH SAVINGS VALUE FOR THE AMOUT OF DRIVING AND THE COST THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY AT A TOLL. FEEL I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF...

The insurance option for debit cards is highway robbery. Especially for visitors to the area. I understand for locals to have that piece of mind from a renter but for individuals that fly in and have a flight out, that fee is excessive especially when other car rental companies do not have that policy. Also.... after reading reviews, I found that one of the issues had was the shuttle pick up from theairport. After waiting what seemed like eternity, I had to get a ride to the facility. The car was a brand new vehicle so that was a plus. The only issue I had with thatwas the ugly god forsaken sticker on the windshield whichI thought would impede my driving but after driving a bit it faded into the background.

to overcome the impracticality of your location the renter should return car at airport OR the COST would need to be MUCH MORE SUBSTANTIAL.-You could also provide NAVIGATION FREE--ONLY WITH THIS AMENITY COULD YOU BALANCE THE IMPRACTICALITY.Would be huge marketing advantage as well

Returning the car was great on 3/21/19 @ 3:00pm. The employee was a woman who seemed to be helping a lot of the other employees with their tasks. She was polite, enthusiastic, professional and really made the experience simple. I would hope that you would be able to identify her (Sorry I did notget her name) and share that she is really an asset to the company.

I had a horrible experience at the Orlando facility. I reserved an economy car through Priceline for $20 per day plus paid a 3rd party $11 per day for insurance. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the agant started that they could not accept only the extra insurance that I prepaid for and would require supplemental insurance and/or a $250 deposit on my credit card unless I purchased insurance from NextCar for $24.95 per day. Then the guy pushed me into paying another $10 per day to cover tolls so I wouldn't have to worry about change. So my $80 rental suddenly became $161!!! When I complained about the bait and switch tactics the agent said "everybody does it" and offered me a Nissan Altima for my trouble. Tge car wasn't even washed by since it was 11:00pm I decided it wasn't worth the battle. I had seen terrible ratings on Google and now I understand why. I will NEVER use NextCar again if there is any other choice available.

My reservation time was booked incorrectly, so when I showed up at 11 pm to pick up my vehicle, I was told that my reservation had been canceled. I was givin a mini van instead of the economy car which ended up costing 100$ more then I had anticipated, so that ended up strapping me financially for my trip. I was told there were no other vehicles to choose from, and that they didn’t even have enough cars for the people in line behind me. I reluctantly took the vehicle and went on my way. I will not be using this service ever again, and will be sure none of my family or friends will use it either.

I dont think is fair to cancel my reservation when my flight is late, also just because my driver licence is from Florida you guys have to charge a huge deposit..I was really said about that, I had to pay much more because of that...

I booked through a third party. However, i was not pleased because i was faced with 5 or more charges which i was notaware of. I feel that this is not representing the information online and must be addressed. I was also charged fora windshield which could not be verified. Not pleased with the level of services received. Absolutely would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.Problems started in the airport with difficulty finding the shuttle which turned out to be dirty and bad smelling.Took forever to get to the site, as driver took back roads to avoid tolls. At the place of business the employees were too busy chatting about their recent motorcycle adventures to provide service. After that, I discovered the price to be higher than the contracted price. In addition, they tried to get me to certify the vehicle was in perfect condition before I was allowed to see it. When I did see it I discovered stains on the seats and many scratches and scuffs and tar stains on the body. They then found an old torn piece of paper to document the issues but thenrefused to give me a copy. I travel a lot, and this business has the dubious honor of being the worst car rental place I have ever encountered.

There was an advertisement on Priceline to rent an economy car from you for $11/day. Somehow before I got out if there I had to pay $125 for s 3 day rental. I was running behind it I would have addressed the issue but I did not have time. I feel like the advertised rate was just s ploy to get me in there. I will not rent from you again

Hidden fees and extremely rude customer service. Ants in vehicle and no answer from location. Corporate says they can't do anything because the location is privately owned. The whole company felt off.

Pick up took forever from the airport, and then at arrival at the rental counter took another 45 minutes to be seenand another 20 minutes to complete the overly complicatedprocedure.
