- The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation $ when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.

RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Minimum age to rent is 18. Renters ages 18-20 pay an underage fee of $25.00 per day and the purchase of full coverage insurance is mandatory.
Drivers ages 21-24 pay an underage fee of $20.00 per day. Additional driver fee is $9.95 per day.
The rental car cannot be taken out of the state of Florida, a mileage charge will be applied.
LOCAL RENTERS with a Florida Driver License will receive 150 free miles per day with a $0.39 per additional mile fee. Specialty Vehicles (Premium or Luxury Cars, Vans, SUVs and Convertibles) are NOT available to local renters. Travel outside of Florida is PROHIBITED. Local Renters MUST have a MAJOR CREDIT CARD that will be processed for the estimated total cost of rental PLUS a $1,0000 refundable upon return deposit. NO DEBIT CARD, PREPAID CARD OR CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL VEHICLES ARE RESTRICTED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA.FINANCIAL POLICIES
We accept all major credit cards, and we accept debit cards with insurance purchase. Prepaid Debit Cards are not accepted. A $250.00 deposit will be taken at time of rental. Renters who are residents of Florida must pay a $1,000.00 deposit.
When a renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver presents an eligible checking account debit card at the beginning of the rental to qualify to rent, NextCar will perform an insurance verification with the customer’s personal or business auto insurance carrier to verify that the insurance policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the rental and will provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle. If the customer's auto insurance policy fails to provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits for the NextCar vehicle, the rental agreement will not be processed unless the customer provides a major credit card with verifiable rental car damage coverage or purchases the optional NextCar Coverage.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
All Renters MUST have a VALID Driver's License. No Learner Permits, Occupational or Probationary Licenses are allowed. The State of Florida requires that all drivers carry proof of insurance with them at all times. Otherwise Renter MUST purchase Collision Coverage and Supplemental Liability Insurance at the time of Rental from NEXTCAR. INTERNATIONAL DRIVER must have a valid driver license from the country of residence with no restrictions in English, major credit card or debit card in the Renter's Name must be presented at the time of rental. Customer must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it was received at the time of the rental. If at drop-off the amount of gas was less than specified at pickup, the customer will be charged for refueling at NEXTCAR current price per gallon. No refunds for excess of gas will be given.
NEXTCAR fleet has been designated NON-SMOKING. Therefore, do not smoke at any time inside the rental car. Customer will be charged for a smoking fee. When flight details are provided, we will hold the vehicle for up 2 hours, After the 2-hour window, you will be considered a no show and we may or may not be able to honor your reservation depending upon availability. There are no refunds for early returns.OTHER POLICIES
