I've applied for the VIP Express Club, but haven't heard anything about that. Having to show proof of insurance each rental is onerous, it would be a better experience if our insurance information was retained in my rental profile to simplify the rental process.

It was difficult to find the location. Signage or a note onthe website that the counter is inside the Toyota dealership would be helpful. Car was fine but smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Very poor experience. Car was absolutely filthy, car wasn’t available when I arrived and I was blamed for booking avehicle that NEXTCAR had available on their app 30 minutes prior to my arrival. If you don’t have the stock then why have it available for booking? The Clerk was also very rude to be and later apologized stating she was irritated bed that I booked the car 30 minutes prior to my arrival when YOUR app makes it possible for customers to do so. VERYpoor and unprofessional experience and I will NEVER rent a vehicle from NEXTCAR again whether it be for leisure or business purposes.

Had one issue on price: NextCar charged me additional for insurance coverage I had already purchased from booking the car on Expedia.com The customer service agent just flatly stated your company "does not accept" expedia's coverage, even though I had a documented copy of the receipt forit in hand. This seems unfair and inconsistent with whafrom expedia for this coverage, but NextCar's was more expensive (about double). So after booking the car on expedia, thinking it was fully paid for, ($204) I ended up paying Netcar an additional $129. This feels like paying twice, or at least 1-and-a-half-times, for the same car. Other than the issue with the insurance and cost mentioned above, all went well and smoothly. Personal working in this location has a very cold and unprofessional customer service. The younger lady working in there was all the time texting on her phone (both times, when I picked up and returned), the other lady always has this attitude that seems to be they are giving free food orfree rentals.

Car floor has sand as if the last renter had been to the beach. Outside look dirty. After I pointed this out, NextCarquickly vacuumed the car again and washed the outside. Thewait to get the car back took longer than I thought but it looked great when it was brought back. It was almost impossible to pull out from a stop without the wheels spinningficult, and the vehicle had 40,000 miles on it, so I just drove more carefully. It was difficult to find this NextCar Store. I had the address but it was inside a dealer with not outside signs directing you to go inside. Also, thereare two ways to get to this dealer and the NextCar Sign wasonly at one entrance. I learned this when I returned the car. Car ran great!

I paid for a premium car but when I arrived, they didn’t have any. Inventory should be updated more frequently so that customers aren’t allowed to pick vehicles that aren’t actually available, esp when you prepay.

Horrible experience. I never recommend this company any one any more. Everyone who works in this location and manager are very rude. I booked standard suv and I got small one. I was overbuild for one extra day even though I returned the car after hours on the same day. The reason was that the key was checked in one minute after the 24 hour period.I had pictures showing the car returned and in the lot atthe correct time but I suspect if I didn't have this proof I may have been charged the extra day. The phones at the ffice to dispute. Waiting for my amex credit that was promised. If a customer is charged depending on when Nextcarchecks the vehicle key in and not when it's actually returned, I wonder how many customers who did not have the foresight to take pictures to confirm return are charged an extra fee.

I drove the car out of the parking lot and returned within minutes. I even filled up the tank, which was 3/4 full whenI took the car. I expected a full refund. I contacted all the customers phone numbers but no one reached out to me.

The first car I was put in was a very nice model but it smelled bad inside the car, the seats were really stained and it didn't seem to be running properly so the customer service rep put me in another vehicle - which incidentally was not as nice but it was clean

When I made the reservation over the phone, I was told by next car representative that I will get up to $15 back for my taxi or Uber ride as you guys don't provide pick up or drop-off service. It was disappointing that the representative at the counter didn't know or agree for such an arrangement. Later on I was asked to send the receipt to gaithersburgsouth@nextcar.com. I incurred another $10 when I dropped off the car for ride from your location to my home. Based on what I was promised, I should have gotten $15 off my rental charges when I returned the car, as agreed by your reservation representative on the phone. But what I got was $3.97. Patheitic. Will never rent with you guys again!

The car they gave me was already programmed with MyKey feature without my knowledge.They speed was restricted to 65as the highest and the radio volume was equally programmed to 14.The MyKey sign keeps showing on the GPS screen even when GPS was on and as long as you have your foot on the accelerator, the sign doesn't go away, there by hindering me from actually following the GPS direction.I so misseda lot of accidents driving to New York and back because Icouldn't keep up with the speed of other cars.I will encourage you to start giving customers a choice with such cars.
