Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions:
Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car.
Prepaid terms and Conditions
- The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.
Tolls are the renter's responsibility. We will bill you for the cost of any tolls incurred while renting our vehicle, plus 2 per toll Admin fee for tolls inside the E-ZPass network, and 5 per toll outside of the E-ZPass Network.
No Customer parking is available at this location due to space limitations.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY
The Additional Driver Fee is $15.00 per day. This fee also applies to spouses.RENTAL COVERAGES
COLLISION COVERAGE REQUIREMENT: All renters must have verifiable Collision coverage for the rental vehicle. The most common way to provide this coverage is through the car rental damage benefits offered by a credit card issuer.
• Another common method is through the renter’s or driver’s personal or business auto collision insurance policy. The auto collision insurance policy must be paid up to 30 days from the rental pickup date, with a deductible of $1,000.00 or less.
• Coverage from third-party carriers may be acceptable if the policy has been prepaid for at least 30 days from the rental date, and includes Collision Insurance coverage for the rental vehicle. If the coverage has a deductible, it is $1,000.00 or less.
• Renters may choose to purchase the optional NextCar Collision Damage Waiver. Proof of Residence Documents will be required to purchase the Damage Waiver at this location.
PRIMARY LIABILITY COVERAGE REQUIREMENT: All renters must have verifiable Liability coverage to rent a vehicle. The most common way to provide this coverage is through the renter’s or driver’s personal or business auto liability insurance policy. The auto liability insurance policy must be paid up to 30 days from the rental pickup date. If the liability insurance has a deductible, it must be $1,000.00 or less.
• Liability Coverage from third-party carriers may be acceptable if the policy has been prepaid for at least 30 days from the rental date, and provides Primary Liability Insurance. If the coverage has a deductible, it must be $1,000.00 or less.
• Renters may also choose to purchase the optional Renter’s Liability Protection insurance available at the local rental location. The Renter’s Liability Protection is $24.35 per day.
THIRD-PARTY COVERAGES: Coverage from third-party carriers may be acceptable if the policy has been prepaid for at least 30 days from the rental date, provides collision insurance benefits for the rental vehicle, and has a deductible no greater than $1,000. Other restrictions may apply.
• Renters may choose to purchase the optional NextCar Collision Damage Waiver if available for the rental. Proof of Residence Documents will be required to purchase the Damage Waiver at this location.FINANCIAL POLICIES
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS: We accept EMV chip Credit and Debit Cards.
•PREPAID DEBIT CARDS: Prepaid Debit Cards are not accepted at this location.
•DEPOSIT POLICY: A $250 deposit is required.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
DRIVER’S LICENSE AND ADDRESS POLICIES: Renters must have a valid Driver’s License and a major Credit or Debit card in their name at the time of pickup. Digital licenses are not accepted.
• The address on the renter’s credit and debit cards must match the address on the renter’s driver’s license. Customers are encouraged to verify and update their information before their rental to avoid delays at pickup.
PREPAID RESERVATIONS: If the reservation is prepaid, the License and Card must match the ones used to make the reservation.
YOUNG DRIVER POLICY: Renters aged 21 to 24 are considered young drivers. An additional $25.00 per day fee will apply to young drivers.
LEARNER’S PERMITS: Individuals with learner’s permits are not eligible to rent.
UNITED STATES ACTIVE-DUTY MILITARY: United States Active-Duty Military may present an expired home state license under the following conditions:
• They present an Active Military ID,
• They comply with the military extension policy of the state that issued the license. These policies vary by state, and customers are encouraged to check with their state’s Department of Motor Vehicles for more information.OTHER POLICIES
DRIVING STATE TO STATE: Driving from state to state within the United States is allowed.
ONE-WAY RENTAL POLICY: One-way rentals are not available at this location.
