The first car I was put in was a very nice model but it smelled bad inside the car, the seats were really stained and it didn't seem to be running properly so the customer service rep put me in another vehicle - which incidentally was not as nice but it was clean

When I made the reservation over the phone, I was told by next car representative that I will get up to $15 back for my taxi or Uber ride as you guys don't provide pick up or drop-off service. It was disappointing that the representative at the counter didn't know or agree for such an arrangement. Later on I was asked to send the receipt to gaithersburgsouth@nextcar.com. I incurred another $10 when I dropped off the car for ride from your location to my home. Based on what I was promised, I should have gotten $15 off my rental charges when I returned the car, as agreed by your reservation representative on the phone. But what I got was $3.97. Patheitic. Will never rent with you guys again!

The car they gave me was already programmed with MyKey feature without my knowledge.They speed was restricted to 65as the highest and the radio volume was equally programmed to 14.The MyKey sign keeps showing on the GPS screen even when GPS was on and as long as you have your foot on the accelerator, the sign doesn't go away, there by hindering me from actually following the GPS direction.I so misseda lot of accidents driving to New York and back because Icouldn't keep up with the speed of other cars.I will encourage you to start giving customers a choice with such cars.

I rented a car at Gaithersburg. I was over charged. I paid double. This is my last rental at Gaithersburg. I still will go to my bank to figure it out. It is a shame. Enterprise hired graduations that bring them money because theyare professional. I recommend that you guys adopt how they operate. You think paying cheap labor grow business. No insults but you want my opinion. Your manager at Gaithersburg is very unprofessional and very discriminative. Enterprise pick passengers and drop there client after dropping off their car. You think hiring workers you pay less bring turn over. Good luck

The rental was in good shape. I gave an 8 vs 10 for "how clean" due to an overpowering flowery/air freshener smell. Idrove for a while with the windows down and it was fine. No mechanical issues, overall a good experience.

I frequently rent from next car but the customer service skills for this rental was lacking. I was treated poorly Ikept the car for infer than the time I was to return payment was made but to get the weekly rate was not permitted after I inquired. All additional daily payments was made but even after returning the car in night deposit I received threatening phone voice mail messages and text. Although I was informed if I left the key in the night drop off they will have it first thing in the morning.. customer service skills needs improving
