Staff was really nice and helpful. The rental van was really nice without issues . The one issue I had was the van wasn’t completely clean. I vacuumed it out and threw a empt soda bottle out that was overlooked by staff. Otherwise everything else was ok

although the car was sprayed with water the windows were alittle hazy..i cleaned them. otherwise my first Nextcar experience was a good one.

I had to clean the inside of the windshield and wipe downthe sticky steering wheel. Moderately offensive odor of stale tobacco. A bit more attention to cleaning windshield and driver controls and I’d be giving top marks.

I enjoyed the rental car that I received from Nextcar, and I will rent again, hopefully soon. I don't like the $150.00 hold on the debit card because not having a credit card but that is the only draw back. Thanks

Paid car thru Expedia and next car recharged me after I told them I was already charged .. I got my refund back butthey need to be on same page

The rental experience was different not being able to bring back a vehicle after hours or on Sunday was a huge inconvenience. But the next car reps where very polite and helpful.

I reserved my car days ahead. I still had to wait on a car.When it arrived, it was beyond dirty. Smelled like smoke.I asked for a different car. They had nothing. leaving with no choice but to except the on giving to me. Never Again.

I have history renting from Nextcar of Liberty Road as wellas referring customers to them. The last three rentals and experience I had with this particular location was horrible. The cars were not clean, two of the three rentals hada very strong odor (smoke) and within the three rentals not one of the vehicles gas tanks were above a half tank.

I’ve been renting from this company and particular location for a few years now. The last three times I’ve rented from this location I’ve had issues with the vehicles aren’tclean, there’s cigarette/smoke odor and the gas tanks aren’t full inconveniencing the customer to have to stop within their commute to fill up the tank. I’m not sure what chareadjust and cater to the customer experience

First experience renting car from this location. Female associate at front was very rude and abrupt during transaction. Windows were filthy on car and outside not cleaned, inside had bad odor

I think the cars need to be cleaned out more and not just wiping the dash board down with a Lysol wipe. It needs tobe deep cleaned far as covid is concerned i had to spray some disinfectant spray just to be on the safe side it didn’t smell clean. Which brings me to my next point the cardneed to be detailed or something it’s no way i should getI’m use to rentals having a new car smell. Not like i gotit off the street as is. Thanks

The car I rented was missing the keyless entry which was a big inconvenience. In order to unlock the car I I had myaccess it from the driver side. It was the worse SUV to drive in the rain and snow the car was sliding all over theplace. I most likely won’t be ever getting my next rentalcar from next car again. I have always been a fan of next
