This location is on site at the Consolidated Rental Facility at BWI Airport.  When you deplane at BWI, follow the signs to baggage claim, and then exit the terminal at any of the doors that lead outside.  Once outside the terminal, follow the signs for ground transportation.  All of the busses at BWI pick up at the designated ground transportation bus stops outside of the terminal.  
 
The car rental facility has dedicated buses that are clearly marked for transportation to the car rental facility.  Once you've arrived at the car rental facility, look for NextCar on the far left side as you walk in through the front doors.  Look for our large video sign that features our logo and specials.
 
The qualifications to rent from this location are stated on the qualifications page. You may access them here. This location accepts major credit cards and debit cards. No insurance verification required for customers flying in who present a valid round trip airline voucher. For local customers not flying in the rental deposit is $350 over the estimated charges of the rental.

Great price, been specifically renting from Nextcar for maybe 2-3 years. Cars are reliable and functional however had several issues with odors and filth such as windows. Usuallyvacuum is ok but apparently staff routinely eating fish andchicken in the cars, it stinks! Also distinct BO in many cars. I just spray some deodorant and move on. Ill keep rentin

I did not like having to initial about the condition of the car prior to actually seeing it. The last time I was informed to put a question mark in the block and to go over the car once I got to it.

This is the 1st car that I rented that didn't have an Ez-pass in it people renting cars are not bringing the along, so they are being charged more for the tolls because some areas are ez- pass only so that would be helpful if you would put them in your cars!

The process went well. When we got to the car, it smelled like smoke, so Terri in the garage quickly gave us a different car. Process was smooth and we were grateful that she did her best to meet our needs. Second car ran well andsmelled much better. All in all I would recommend the BWI Nextcar rental. I have read bad feedback about Nextcar en surprises.

There was a large dent on the rear passenger door. Thats why you got a 7 and not a 10 on the vehicle.

The van was not clean on the outside. The rental experience was not good because you have a lot of hidden rules. Ie. Insurance coverage. Additional taxes charged at pickup.Not receipt offered and upon request I still did not receive my receipt. Rules should be shared at the time of booking. I watched another r customer experience the same thinance with State Farm and although confirmed the agent requested additional details that required additional wait time. Never experienced this at legacy rental agency’

The counter clerk was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the car smelled like cigarette smoke.

I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped us.She was soooo kind. I have a hip problem and she was super in getting someone to help me with a wheelchair. The carattendant that day made extra sure the car was clean and was very courteous. I will look for NextCar in future rentals as a result !

I had an Expedia challenge, but I found out the Nexcar app.So, next time, I will rent directly to you. I really likethe service, prices, and the professionalism. I can't wait to rent again for Nextcar.... FYI. I used to be Entrprice or other car rentals customer, not anymore..

The person at the counter was very helpful and good. And someone helped me where the car was. But there was no one to be found in the garage when I returned the car. I had to just leave it with keys in car and hope that was ok.Also this is the 2nd time this year I rented a care from this bwi nextcar, and both cars had the tire light come on but dont bother to get it repaired.

The vehicle I rented was poorly cleaned. The windows appeared to have been only wiped, and were not clean and streaked. The poor cleaning did not show until I drove out and into the sun. I had to buy paper towels, window cleaner, andclean them myself. All of the door jambs were dirty, and appeared to never had been washed.
