Our friendly customer service representatives at NextCar of BWI can help you find the rental car and service you need!
 
This location is on site at the Consolidated Rental Facility at BWI Airport.  When you deplane at BWI, follow the signs to baggage claim, and then exit the terminal at any of the doors that lead outside.  Once outside the terminal, follow the signs for ground transportation.  All of the busses at BWI pick up at the designated ground transportation bus stops outside of the terminal.  
 
The car rental facility has dedicated buses that are clearly marked for transportation to the car rental facility.  Once you've arrived at the car rental facility, look for NextCar on the far left side as you walk in through the front doors.  Look for our large video sign that features our logo and specials.
 
The qualifications to rent from this location are stated on the qualifications page. You may access them here. This location accepts major credit cards and debit cards. No insurance verification required for customers flying in who present a valid round trip airline voucher. For local customers not flying in the rental deposit is 350 over the estimated charges of the rental.

The car had previously been smoked in and smelled terrible. Also it wasn't very clean. We didn't have time to request another vehicle so we had to use it. Otherwise everything was fine.

The air on the right rear of the car kept vowing low. I had to please air to the tire a total of 4 times. I put in a request to have a refund but no response. The manager atthe BWI facility left me a message to call her, I returned her call but she was unavailable. I left a message but have yet to hear back from her. I am requesting a full refun

I am a Nextcar VIP member, but I still have to go through all of the procedures I had to do before becoming a VIP member. What are the benefits??? I was told there would beno depost, I was charged a deposit.

I never received the promised receipt, which was highly annoying. If I'd have needed it to expense it, I'd have had problems. Plus just for my records, one should have been sent.

I would never recommend your company to anyone. I tried every possible number and could never connect with anyone. Our flight was delayed and we got in at 1:15 in the am. I rec'd a text and sent back a msg explaining our flight delay. The text back said i have 1hr after the resvd time to pick up. Nothing after. Tried to call the next day. I explaing day. I was told I would need to be transferred to a manager and then got cut off. I will make it my mission to let everyone I know what terrible customer service I rec'd from your company. I should have known better than to rent from a company no one knows about. How could you leave us stuck without any form of transportation in a city we've never been to before. No call back and now you want to know about customer service?

RIP OFF and CRAPPY servicve!!! I thought I got the best deal because I prepaid $300 for the car through Travelocity. The way the "sale" was presented for the pre-pay "deal" left the impression that the pre-pay included all the feesand taxes. I discovered that this was not the case at the Nextcar customer counter when picking-up my rental car.-paid did not include fees and taxes, which were an additional $118.97. The Nextcar customer service person had mepay the $300 AGAIN on top of what I paid Travelocity, andI also had to pay the $118.97 fees and taxes AND $150 deposit. Nextcar owes me $300 and $150 for the deposit. Today is 30 August 2023, I completed travel on 26 August 2023 and I still have yet to be re-imbursed.

Extending rental costs sixty percent more than making a new reservation. I had a reservation for an economy car, but NextCar did not any available economy cars. The representative at BWI told me that I could not get a refund. Furthermore, I was told that I could pay an additional amount for a larger vehicle. In other words my initial reservafor $750. Why would I do that when NextCar could not fulfill my initial reservation because of no inventory of economy cars? I called corporate and my funds were refunded.
