The guy that did my rental was rude to me. Also when I returned my car on Monday it snowed but had stopped by 12pm or so and I returned my vehicle on time but Ami wasn’t allowing anyone in the office. She came out and got my keys and said she’d email my receipt but never did. I called theoffice several times while sitting in the vehicle waitingre I left. It was cold this day and had snowed that morning pretty bad when I was gonna try and bring the car back early. Ami suggested I keep it another day and I said no Icouldn’t afford to.I have had good experiences until now. I looked up my account today and saw Iwas overcharged and listed as returning my rental late. I also lost a phone in the vehicle. Also, my gas was filled past what I left with but I don’t really care about that.

The car had a STRONG smell of cigarette that was tried to be masked by those strong car deodorizers, but the mix was even worse than the cigarette smell on its own and it gave us all headaches. It was a very expensive rental to have that issue. The lady at the counter was lovely though.

The cargo van was given to me with a completely empty gas tank. The "low fuel warning" message was illuminated with an estimated 20 miles of range. This is unacceptable.

I appreciate Next Car and the great rates they offer. The staff is usually pleasant and courteous. One concern I haveis that quite often I have to ask that the vehicle is cleaned before I take it. This delays my departure and travelplans. It would be great if once you put in a reservationand pay in advance, vehicles would be cleaned well and reae or out.
