I was charged twice for my rental car. I tried to have one charge removed, but was unsuccessful. It has been over seven days and the charge is still on my card.

The car was decent but because of back issues i asked fora more roomy car. The car i got was very low and I had a very hard time getting in and out. Also the back was extremely small.

I did not see on the website that there was additional feesunder certain circumstances (ex: under 25 y/o and about insurance not covering damage fees). This was the first time I rented a car so I was unfamiliar. It would be better if the website was more clear. Also, I called the office prior to ordering the car online to ask for clarification and I wy I chose this rental company. However, when I went to the office (the man at the counter was very nice and helpful) I ended up having to double my price of the car in fees. I'm very irritated I was told the price differently. I think the employees need to also understand the policies better.Nothing against the customer service, they were really nice to me! It just didn't seem like the one I spoke to over the phone was knowledgeable which led to completely misleading a customer. I always rent from NextCar and I love it. This last time the vehicle was dirty on the the outside and also on the inside, didn’t say anything because I just wanted to hit the road. The vehicle was great is just the costumer servicerep needs to be a bit more motivated and friendlier I know it was early in the morning but 8:30am you should be thanking the Lord you have a good job that you don’t have to sweat doing it and the cleanliness of the Vic were the two things that I was kind of surprise bye. Another thing that will make more people rent from your company will be if you send discounts thru the mail or emails, that will behelpful. Thank you for the 10% disc for the military.

I rented my car from Wednesday June 19th through Saturday June 22nd. When I started the car Saturday I noticed that it was very loud when it started running. I was supposed toturn in the car on Saturday June 22nd, but I needed to extend my rental so I drove to NEXTCAR in Lexington Park and asked one of the service managers at Fitzgerald car sales, which is where NextCar is located, to take a look at the exhaust and he confirmed that it had come apart from the T bracket. (basically the muffler, exhaust system had somehow become detached). He also said that it would have to be welded and at that time I was not available to wait for the car to be repaired. I explained to the customer service rep at NextCar that I wanted to extend my rental but there was a problem with the car. He informed me that there was not another comparable car for him to put me in so he told me that if there were any more problems with the car just to call the phone number on my rental agreement paperwor

The guy who rented us the car went a little too overboard looking for scratchet. There were at least 20 marked on theoutside . Then WE opened the car and noted the two huge cigarette or vapw marks on seat. ?? Then when I asked for my AAA discount they,said i couldn't get it because I pre paid so tgat was a little disappointing.

The customer service went out of their way at the last minute to provide a vehicle for us when Budget did not have the car that we had reserved. Only one concern about the car was with the ezpass...I had my own ezpass, and the closed "box" that the van's ezpass was in appeared to "leak" and we haddouble hits on some tollways (not all).
