I have used nextcar 5 times. Im not going to lie, everytime I have used it I never received the car I was supposed to get. I paid for, and personally requested at not so lowand bigger size car due to major back and leg issues. Every time I received a compact car and I had so many issues because of it. My 5th and most recent rental was absolutelyin and out of and was comfy to drive. Im not sure of his name but it was the guy with the beard and always has his dreads pulled back with a scarf on his head. He was quick checking me in, was very professional and I finally enjoyed spending my money that day! I contacted customer serviceabout the other times I rented and the issues because I feel that my money is hard earned and I should get what I pay for and I dealt with alot of pain and discomfort and itjust seemed that nobody really cared, which is sad. Never even got a response back

I was charged twice for my rental car. I tried to have one charge removed, but was unsuccessful. It has been over seven days and the charge is still on my card.

The car was decent but because of back issues i asked fora more roomy car. The car i got was very low and I had a very hard time getting in and out. Also the back was extremely small.

My experience here was great! I had a car in less then 10 minutes. It was that quick and easy. And I extended over the phone with no problem. They were super friendly and explained everything to me. I would recommend to everybody!!

I did not see on the website that there was additional feesunder certain circumstances (ex: under 25 y/o and about insurance not covering damage fees). This was the first time I rented a car so I was unfamiliar. It would be better if the website was more clear. Also, I called the office prior to ordering the car online to ask for clarification and I wy I chose this rental company. However, when I went to the office (the man at the counter was very nice and helpful) I ended up having to double my price of the car in fees. I'm very irritated I was told the price differently. I think the employees need to also understand the policies better.Nothing against the customer service, they were really nice to me! It just didn't seem like the one I spoke to over the phone was knowledgeable which led to completely misleading a customer. I felt a bit cornered because of the issue because I needed the car, but was mislead and surprised with
