I rented online through Expedia. Took the insurance whichyou disallowed ( no reasonable way to get that money back) and then was forced to buy your insurance at 25 a day ( which made your price uncompetitive). The surly attitudeof the counter person made the whole experience unattractive. Then my car got done a day early and I was given no reer who wants customers

I continue to get great customer service, and as a result Idon't bother checking other rental companies/looking for other deals. I am very happy with the excellent customer service, the fact the car is ready for me without delay, and the cleanliness & quality of the cars themselves. I have been renting cars from the Rockville NextCar location for a few years. When I need to rent a car, I now no longer look anywhere else, even if I might find a cheaper rate. This is because the staff has been truly excellent, in particular Camilla and Alain. Their customer service asfar as the administrative processes as well as their frienld highly recommend NEXTCAR OF ROCKVILLE SOUTH.

Customer service was great. Unfortunately, I was given a fan with less than a half of tank of gas and the van was not a well optioned vehicle as advertised. Not even parkingsensors.

The customer service was very good. There was a mistake with the rate that was shown in the computer, vs what my Corporate Rep quoted me but that was fixed quickly without problem. The vehicle however, had problems with the AC, which only worked on the dash and not in the rest of the vehicle, and the sliding door, which didn't stay open. I hope otherwise my organization will have to look for a new company to rent from.

Despite two Next Car phone reps, including Stephanie, telling me that there was a memo sent out from the IT department assuring that the special covid-19 15% discount code of 'NCcares' is valid, it absolutely does not work when put into the promo code field on either the app or any browser. Stephanie also told me once I registered with Next Car, I wet any such email. I was also told that once I uploaded all my insurance and license documentation to the Next Car app I would not have to present paper documentation when I next rented. That was not true. I still had to provide a paper copy of my insurance declarations page. The Kia Soul that I rented reeked of stale marijuana smoke. I think Next Car has good intentions but they don't do what they claim All of my statements are easily verified such as if you wouldjust open up the app and try yourself to use that specialcovid-19 code, it doesn't work.
