The car tires were at PSI 98, 88 and in the back 29 and 53. The temperature outside was 99F.This is highly dangerous - luckily I felt the steering was off, and stopped, and had them checked. The car had no engine oil - 4%. I had rented the car to be somewhere by a specific time, and checkedthe make and model of the car on google, bought and addedrapidly down again. When I returned the car, I was informed I was not allowed to maintain the vehicle - my frustration is - I rent a car for specific reasons and deadlines,not to wait forever for a service person to do what I cancorrectly do. But worse: How can you rent a car with tire PSI at near blowout levels on a hot day??? The mechanic who checked the tires, not knowing it was a rental, actually asked if someone was trying to kill me. Please, rent out vehicles in a drive-away condition! Thank you.

The car had major stains on the light seats. It was nasty. I would have traded cars but I was dealing with a family emergency. I really don't understand why the process takes so long. If there are four guys in the office just sittingthere and I am the only customer, why do I have to wait 20 minutes for you to clean/vacuum the car? The guys were nived online so everyone knew in advance. The Nextcar company does not seem to care about customer service.

Despite reserving a car days in advance, I give myself anextra hour on the rental pickup time because vehicles typically are not ready. Cars need cleaning, preparation, washing. Why can’t vehicles be ready on time?

The car had previous stains from another renter and I notice the front bumper had a dent. My representative for next car Baltimore city was friendly and even informed me about the car stain. My only concern is that any vehicle in which you have to manually lock and unlock it should automatically have a new key ordered.

They gave me a dirty car when picking up the rental so I asked for the car to be cleaned but the guy gave attitude saying the car been sitting ok so can you clean it you canclearly see the car was dirty so why wouldn’t you clean it he said he thought that since I was waiting so long thatI didn’t want to wait I’ve waited for 30 minutes just befochairs in there to sit down they most definitely need help with customer service
