I have had many car rental experiences and this was definitely one of the best. The staff was friendly but professional, and worked very efficiently. The agent was aware of waiting customers, and did a great job of communicating, making it much easier to be patient. I highly recommend NextCar, and particularly the North Avenue location in Baltimo

The car had mechanical issue probably high speed balancing on the wheels were off. So as the rotors need to change.

One of thr reps wes very rude.Also when I got there I was told that there were not any cars available.I prepaid and reserved almost 2 weeks in advance for a 8:39 pick up anddid not get a vehicle until 10:30.Almosyt the rep said that the day before he rented out all the vehicle's.My issue is if people reserved vehicles,why would you rent them outrate to the prepaid costumers.It was the worse experiencethat I ever had at a rental establishment.They need to betrained in costumer service and not try to just pad thierpaychecks knowing that the people wouldn't be back in time.

As a regular Nextcar Rental Customer more discounts and Specials should be offered. I have rented consistently from Nextcar for the last 2 years, signed up for discounts/coupons and have not received any. A major disappointment for Me.

I was on time for my reservation. There was a customer (whom I've over heard that she arrived really early for her reservation) being helped. the gentleman helping said he would get her car. He came back in and said that he would have to detail her car her and that it may take a while. After seeing the disgust on my face, another employee came toack and said he apologized that he is unable to get the car detailed clean. He stated the previous owner also smoked in the vehicle but he sprayed air freshener and hopes that will do the trick and proceeded to hand me the keys. When I got in the car, i was overwhelmed by the powerful odor and crumbs everywhere. They were booked up and couldn't get me another car. No credit to my bill! Never coming back! Poor customer service.

I had rented and paid for a 15 passenger a month before my daughters May 7 wedding. The night before the wedding I received a call for us to pick up the van an hour later than scheduled because “we need to secure the van”. I was a bit upset and the agent was a bit rude to me and stated “are you telling me what to do.” (When I said we need that vaetic or understanding We did get the van about 11:30 (1 1/2 hours later than scheduled) but I do think based on my experience the customer service needs much improvement ac
