During this pandemic, make sure your cars are cleaned aftereach use. I always rent with Nextcar but the car was disgusting, inside and out and cleaned myself.

I have rented from Nextcar for years. The staff is friendly. The cars are nice and reasonable. I will not rent from any other place.

The van was dirty. The customer service was horrible although, this is the first time I’ve ever had this experienceat the location. I’ve already spoken with the manager already

It was not the vehicle I rented not even close to what was pictured. The people were so rude. I didn’t rent it because I only reserved it for one day and they tried to charge me for 3 days and told me I needed $150 deposit which was not stated on the reservation. This is terrible. I declined the rental and walked out

the vehicle smelled like someone was smoking weed in it heavy. it was not bad until I put on the heat and then it sent my daughter to the er and I had to rent it for other day dueto not begin able to return it.

Catonsville was great. I paid extra to return the car to BWI airport. The employee at BWI failed to check the car in. This resulted in my credit card being charged for two additional days. I received a phone call that they had notreceived the car yet. However, after speaking to the manager at Catonsville, he found the car at BWI and made things right. I received a refund on my credit card

The gentleman who assisted me was an exceptional customer-focused agent. He took his time explaining all of the policies and engaged is interpersonal discussions that were appropriate. He even felt that the original vehicle I was scheduled to rent might not be safe because of a possible key fob issue, and chaged my vehicle to make sure it worked properly. The car was dirty inside and out ..I had to remove a water bottle that was in there from last customer.. It wasn't even vacccumed ...there was a spider web on passenger side window ....it was like one customer got out and they gave me the keys right after
