Rental Policy

Conveniently located across from the main gate of Joint Base Andrews (JBA).  We serve those on or visiting the base as well as the local community in the Camp Springs/Suitland area.  We are proud to have provided vehicles for Air Force VIP's and others in connection to the Andrews Air Show for the past several years, and NextCar thanks all of the fine men and women passing through JBA for their service and patronage.

I’m not sure who the lady was that sits in the front office but she was on her phone with the speaker on and was loud and walking through the floor on it talking about personal stuff. I wasn’t the only one in the office and she was walking back and forth between the whole space just being real “unprofessional”. Even the young man helping me wa was like yes and I’m sorry. I’ve never been in that location with that type of activity and hope to never have itagain.

We arrived in your business after being dropped off in a$29 uber to pick up the rental. The representative askedfir my license and said she could not provide the rental because the scan bar on the back of my license could not be swiped yet the information was clear on the front. We never had that problem with any rental we've had in the pand processed the rental. We had to call uber to return home from Nexcar. We were very disappointed!

I do not appreciate being charged for 2 extra days just because their office closed early (1pm) on a Saturday. I do not think that is reasonable business - NEXT CAR loses nothing over those 2 days - as the office was closed, they couldn't rent the vehicle anyway. Also, I have an extra charge on my credit card, of $200 from when I picked up the ve For those reasons, I would not recommend NEXTCAR to anyone.

I think that l giving customers a hard time with renting and having the address match the photo ID or license which I under stand. But take into consideration that some individuals have a different mailing address from there billing address l.

I did not complete the rental. And, the refund of the charges for insurance coverage and additional fees, although itwas told to me had been refunded to my credit card, have not yet been refunded. Also, why is the same question asked twice above (1 and 2)?

The Customer Service was Ok, but not the best. The man that checked me in and out just didn't seem like he enjoyed his job at all. He never smiled, he wasn't cheerful, he wasn't friendly at all. He basically acted like he hated his job, and was mad he had one. He said Yes Mame, but in a depressing voice. The car was clean except for the windshieldng until I cleaned them, and I shouldn't have to clean the windows if you all just washed the car. I must have picked the wrong vehicle, because the vehicle I had was horrible on gas. Why would I recommend friends or family give meone good reason. DO BETTER!!!
