Rental Policy

Conveniently located across from the main gate of Joint Base Andrews (JBA).  We serve those on or visiting the base as well as the local community in the Camp Springs/Suitland area.  We are proud to have provided vehicles for Air Force VIP's and others in connection to the Andrews Air Show for the past several years, and NextCar thanks all of the fine men and women passing through JBA for their service and patronage.

When I started renting my vehicles from this location, I never rented from another location or another rental company. No complaints. Love the customer service! Special shoutout to Shawn or Sean. Not sure of the spelling of his name,but he made me chuckle as I was leaving remembering what I said when I picked up the car.

I got my final receipt showing that I over paid by $88.91 and called three times being transferred the last time to three different people and still getting no help or answer as to the refund for the difference. I was asked to leave a message with someone in accounting and never was contacted. I called back and still was not helped.

The car was nice to drive, but there was one lady that seemed to be a Mgr there was very aggressive speaking and not very pleasant in delivering CS, the young man that brought the car never went over the functions of the car at all, had to figure it out myself. When I returned the car the“MGR” there greeted me outside and insisted that I had puts staying with had a big dog in their car and hair got onto my pants and on the seat of the rental, I only found 2 hairs on the seat so I couldn’t understand what she was seeing 🤔🤔🤔not a very happy ending tomy trip, as it is Enterprise did not deliver after u had made reservation a month before my trip 👎

Lady Brenda and the rest of the team treated me royal! They all greeted me, and while handling other clients and their mood was peaceful and positive. I like how well they focus on each client foremost before multi- tasking in a waythat causes confusion. Their awareness to assist one another is very productive. Efficient service, even though it sd neat, shop litter free, and smells fresh.
