My rental car smelled like marijuana the trunk had a old pair of shoes and a bag of clothes inside the gas cap did not complete close all the way and the Guy who works in the inside does not know how to help customers the experience overall was terrible

Maleka and Eddie have great customers service skills. I never had a bad rental experience but recently the seats inthe car I rented were stained really bad. When returned ahood detail is needed on the inside but other than that Iwould highly recommend to family and friends.

I was charged $100 for cleaning fee. I wish I was explained to return the car cleaned. I had sand dust because we went to miami. I was explained the importance of returning the car with full tank gas, no exterior damage. I returnedthe van as it was explained. The cleaning fee ruined my experience. Lastly, it took me 30 mins to get a car a the bel etc. your rental rate is cheaper than AVIS, its true butyour add on cost such as cleaning fee, trying to contact the manager is very difficult. Overall, this it would be the last tome I will be renting. By the way I spent $1014($900+$100 cleaning ) at your rental. I guess AVIS or enterprise will earn my business next time when I spending $500+ on renting.

No FOB was a pain. Was planning on putting on second driver, but changed our minds with your policy. I would expect for second driver to go t here in person to show license. But if I didn't arrive until several d ays, why should we be charged the additional daily fee from d ay 1? I wasn't even in the same state !!

When you rent a vehicle it should already be cleaned & ready. I had to get wipes from the office & clean the inside. All they did was a quick vacuum of the vehicle.

The vehicle was only clean on the “surface”, once you changed the position of the seats you could see how nasty thevehicle really was. Old French fries, trash and chicken bones were in the vehicle. I did not discover the trash until I left the facility. I immediately called to discuss and the person answered said it’s fine we don’t have time toe charge but about the lack of cleanness.

I showed up for my rental and nobody was there. I had to call the greater company to get someone out of bed and to the store which should have opened a half hour earlier. Itmade me late to an important appointment at NIH. When theemployees finally did show up the service was extremely poor. I left with my vehicle an hour after I arrived withoutn they were supposed to.

I heard the gentlemen tell someone to wipe the car down however it wasn’t. Fingerprints were everywhere. Which toldme the car wasn’t wiped down. The car was crashed up , clearly it had been in accidents prior to my rental. Had I not been in dire need of a car , I would have walked away. I won’t rent here again.

I rented a car on July 1st thru July 6th. I returned the car on July 6 before 12 noon. I was told by the customer service rep, that I could not get a return receipt, showing that the car was returned on time and that I would get my deposit back, because I paid with a debit card. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous and made up as this in myeposit and today is Thursday. I have notified the proper people to see what can be done about your shady practices.I would like my deposit back and my receipt. BBB has beennotified and others cause somebody needs to put a stop tothis type of shady business. Ripping off a 70 year for a $150 deposit, u should be ashamed.

I feel that some things such as not giving a receipt when vehicle is returned, is shady business practice. I asked for one and was told they couldn,t give it to me then because I paid with a debit card, which is ridiculous. I,'ve know that is not a common or legal procedure. Also I have notreceived my deposit back. Car was brought back on time and keep my deposit. I,'ve contacted the BBB on the 6th about this just in case it's said I didn,t bring the car back on time. Your company needs to insure their people are abiding by the law and not doing shady stuff.

Cars need to be thoroughly cleaned. It smelled like the interior was wiped down with old disinfectant water and a dirty rag. Windows had smudges inside

I went through a lot just to rent this car, because my bankcard and i.d did not match far as address. So i had to provide so many documents it was ridiculous however i neededthe car.

The process to rent the vehicle one smooth salesperson assisting me with my insurances we went around a vehicle took pictures inside the vehicle had a very pleasant smell the seats itself or very spotty where people had spell liquids on other than that there were no other issues
