No obvious dropoff box for after hours despite website saying there was. Caused a lot of confusion and logistical issues for us when we wanted to drop off. Tolls are still a question mark well after renting.

When I attempted to rent a car on line, the web site kept indicating to enter a correct credit card # (this was the same number i used when talking to the customer rep on the phone and there were no issues). when i called to make the reservation by phone, waited what seemed like a long time before i spoke to someone, then my pickup time was wrong.annapolis was extremely nice and helpful.

If I get a flat in the rental car because of just normal driving (a nail in the tire) why is it my responsibility to pay for the tire to be fixed. Also I found a kid’s toy underneath the seat with a piece of candy stuck to it I assume from the previous renter because it wasn’t from my children

This is the second time I've been there to rent a car and it was dirty inside and out. This car had coffee stains dripping down the door. The carpet could have been vacuumed. The interior was dusty could have been wiped down. The first time, Covid was still going on and the car was not wiped down at all. I brought the car home and wiped it down mys

The rental agent delivered excellent customer service. Shewas very patient answering my questions and provided me with all the details involving with renting a vehicle from Nextcar. The reason I scored an 8 on the cleanliness of the vehicle is nothing more than an honest evaluation. It's a working truck and I didn't expect it to be spotless. Its appearding. I scored the last two questions with 9's because nothing is perfect. However your representative came darn close.

Vehicle was Dirty at the time of rental. Also in the information provided I line after I submitting the payment online I wasn’t mentioned that I needed 2 bills to buy insurance from next car, I think that it needs to be updated to make it clear.

Car was filthy, drivers side windshield wiper blade was broken, found that out when I started driving and it started raining. Looks like someone sprayed it with a hose, ratherthan wash the car. Reservation needed altered and rather than do that they left it as was and my phone messaged me all night the night before contract was oringally scheduled Also the door handle on the car was broken and missing apiece, not much of a luxury rental, pretty poor actually

The car was not clean at all we had to request another car which was not available so we had to go to another location. I requested a discount and did not receive one of anyoffer for future discounts. The counter agent presented the car and could see and smell (smoke) how bad it was. We were very disappointed and inconvenienced.

I usually have a great experience Kim is very helpful at the Annapolis location. I returned my vehicle at approximately 9:20 am The contract said that I returned it at 9:46 AM which meant they charged me an extra day. Kim said she would take care of it she sent me a new receipt but I still have not seen the refund on my credit card

The person at the desk seemed like someone who was fired from MVA for providing poor customer service - she was pitiful. I've rented many cars in my life and I've never beenasked to bring my insurance card - which luckily I had inmy wife's car who was dropping me off. And then the person says our deductible is too high. You need to CLEARLY commery frustrating and stressful experience. I won't be using NextCar ever again.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT CLEANED AND CHECKED UPON DELIVERY. I GOT A FLAT TIRE NOTRTH OF RICHMOND AND HAD GEICO COME OUT WITH A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CHANGE THE TIRE OUT. THE VEHICLE DID NOT HAVE THE RODS TO DROP THE SPARE TIRE. I HAD TO SLEEP IN RICHMOND OVERNIGHT AND THEN PURCHASE A NEW TIRE THE NEXT MORNING TO DRIVE HOME TO ANNAPOLIS.

Person @ pickup was borderline surly. Car was in terrible condition. Brake and/or tire balance issues and terrible noises while driving slowly.
