Basic Collision Damage Protection is included once the renter's $1,100.00 USD deductible is met. Maximum Collision Coverage Limit is $15,000.00 USD Per occurrence. Renter pays the first 1,100.00. USD per per-occurrence. Excludes damage or loss to tires, windscreen, glass and undercarriage.
Theft protection with a deductible of 1350 US Dollar

Loss or damage
If the car is stolen, seriously damaged or damaged in an accident involving someone else, contact the car rental company and the police immediately. If you cannot provide the necessary documents from the police, you are responsible for the full cost of replacing/repairing the car. If the car suffers minor damage and no one else is involved, contact the car rental company immediately.
The rental car company is not responsible for loss of, theft of or damage to belongings in the car, during or after the rental period.
Damage incurred to the car will be charged by the rental car company after the car has been returned - and an administration fee will be added to the amount deducted from the excess.
Not included in the protection for the rental car (traffic and carriage damage reduction and theft protection)
Loss of/theft of/damage to: keys, aerials, jack, warning triangles and vests, windscreen wipers, fuel cap, privacy screen or any other fixed or loose component of the car.
Insurance, Covers and WaiversRENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles must remain within the country of France. Cross-border rentals require previous authorization and will accrue a fee of $150.00 USD. - For details, please inquire at the rental counter.
Rental includes 200 free miles per day. Extra mileage will be charged at a rate of 0.42 cents per Km.FINANCIAL POLICIES

The renter must return vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had at the time of rental. Refueling Fee is $30 USD, plus the cost of fuel.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Renter must hold a valid driver license with at least 1 year of issuance.
Minimum Rental Age is 25, Maximum Rental Age is 70. Renters between the Ages of 21-24 and those over 70 years of age are subject to a fee of $12.00 USD/day.
A refundable security deposit of $1,100.00 USD will be held on your card at the time of pick-up. This is not included in the total price shown for the car hire. This amount is refundable and will be automatically released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period.
Fines will be withdrawn from the security deposit.
Our vehicles are smoke-free. The following are strictly prohibited: smoking, pets, drugs.
Rental includes 200 free miles per day. Extra mileage will be charged at a rate of 0.42 cents per Km.
Parking and Toll Fees, Traffic Fines
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all garaging and congestion charges, parking and other traffic fines and penalties, and toll fees / road tax (if not specified otherwise) incurred during the rental period. All such charges will be forwarded to you along with any administrative charges from us or the Supplier.
The Administration Fee is $32.00 USD
Coverage Exclusions
If you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use the rental vehicle in any other negligent or reckless way, or break the conditions set out in the Rental Agreement, all applicable insurance covers, waivers, etc., will be deemed void and you will be fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle, as well as loss of use and any other related costs.
Only authorised drivers registered on the Rental Agreement are allowed to drive the rental vehicle. Damage caused by unauthorised drivers is not covered.
Please note that the standard coverage products, if any are included in the rate or purchased, do not cover accessories, such as tyres, windscreens, locks, wheel caps, etc.
Damage to the following items is not covered:
windows
interior
An empty battery is not covered.

Taking rental vehicles on ferries is allowed. However, all protections and coverage products lose validity for the duration of ferry trips.
Lost keys are not covered by standard coverage.
Locking the keys in the rental vehicle is not covered.
Transporting hazardous goods and materials is not allowed.
Running out of fuel is not covered.
Towing fees are not covered
One-Way Rentals

Lost, Damaged and Stolen Items
You are responsible if the key(s) are lost or damaged and due to pay a penalty fee to the Supplier of the vehicle. Please keep in mind that if you do not return the keys to the Supplier when the car is stolen, your insurance is deemed void and you might be held responsible for the full value of the vehicle. It is important to keep an eye on the keys as it is impossible to steal some newer models without them. In order not to direct any potential thieves to the details of your rental vehicle, it is highly recommended that you take all rental tags off the key(s) and keep them in the glove box until returning the car. Let it be noted that key(s) refer to all types of keys and key-cards.
Rental Extensions
Extensions are only possible before the end of your original rental period. Please enquire with the Supplier when you pick up the rental vehicle for exact extension time restrictions. You have to present the extension voucher to the vehicle Supplier before the start of the extension period. If the Supplier does not receive a copy of the extension voucher before the original rental period ends, you must pay a local penalty fee. Please keep in mind that extensions may not always be possible.OTHER POLICIES

Important information
When you pick up the car, you need:

Upon pick-up, the lead driver must pay a deposit of €1,350.00 by credit card (the deposit will be refunded if no damage occurs). It is not possible to pay in cash or with a debit card. The counter staff will confirm how much this will cost
When you booked your car, you booked a specific make and model "or similar" ("similar" means the same type of transmission, similar size, similar engine, etc.). The staff may offer you a different car – not exactly the model you expected.
Traffic rules
When you rent a car, you agree to use it responsibly. You may not:
driving under the influence of alcohol, medication or other types of narcotic preparations
transport flammable or dangerous goods or toxic, corrosive, radioactive or otherwise harmful substances
have something in the car that, due to its smell and/or condition, could damage the car or cause the rental car company to lose time or money
transport live animals
install a roof rack, luggage rack or similar, unless this is provided by the rental car company
rent the car to someone else
transport passengers for payment or rewards (taxi)
participate in races, competitions or test drives
give driving lessons
tow another vehicle
drive on roads that are not asphalted or roads where the condition of the surface could damage the car
violate traffic rules, traffic laws or other laws.
Penalty charges
An immobilization fee is added in the event of an accident. This is in addition to the amount deducted from the excess and it is mandatory. The charge is calculated depending on the car group and number of repair days.
Lost keys - If you lose your keys, you will have to pay to replace them.
If you have not returned the car after the agreed delivery time, the insurance will no longer be valid. In addition, a penalty fee is charged as well as the cost of an extra day's rent.
Deadline
You must be at the rental location at your pick-up time: if you are late, the car may no longer be available and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you think you may be late, it is important that you contact the rental car company at least 30 minutes before your pick-up time, even if it is due to a delayed flight and you have provided your flight number.
A time limit of 59 minutes applies for returning cars. If the car is returned after this period, the insurance will no longer be valid and the customer will have to pay a late fee as well as a daily rate. If you are late, the vehicle will be held for 59 minutes after the time specified in the booking. The booking will then be marked as a no-show.
Parking service: The rental car company will charge you if the car needs more than reasonable cleaning after your rental.
