Drop off to our Brach location (08:30 AM - 08:30 PM) is free. the customer has the choice to request a Pickup/Delivery after working hours. Should inform us 4 hours prior to the closing time 20:30 Hrs UAE time.150 AED(Delivery) and 200 AED (Pickup) in Dubai.RENTAL COVERAGES
• A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available for an additional cost. CDW enables the customer to waive any financial liability for repairable accidental damage to the lessor's vehicle. The cost of CDW varies depending on the car class selected.
• Any vehicle rented from us/ lessor is only insured for driving on paved roads within the UAE. In case of an accident where the vehicle is declared a total loss by the insurance company, the hirer is liable to pay an additional charge of 30% of the insured value of the vehicle if it is less than 12 months old or 15% of the insured value of the vehicle if it is more than 12 months old. In case of any damage to the vehicle, a police report must be obtained by the hirer otherwise the hirer will be held accountable for all damage repair costs. The vehicle insurance coverage is for UAE. The vehicle is to be driven by the hirer only, in any circumstances if the vehicle is driven by any non-agreement party and caused an accident and in which the insurance company rejects the claim the main hirer will pay all the claim amounts. Additional driver insurance must be prepaid prior to usage. Insurance is not valid otherwise.RENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles may only be driven within the geographical boundaries of the United Arab Emirates.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency). (Security Amount credit Visa & Master card only)
The rates specified in the reservation will be upheld, although they may vary within the contract, the total amount will remain consistent.REFUELING POLICIES
The vehicle is to be returned after the rental period with the same fuel level as when it was hired. Fuel charges may apply if the fuel level is significantly lower.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Renters must provide both a valid driver's license and a credit card bearing their name. The credit card serves as a necessary deposit for all vehicle rentals, with the deposit amount securely held by the car rental company. Please ensure that the card contains adequate funds to cover the deposit.
Driving license in the United Arab Emirates: Nationals from the following countries can drive with their local license if the supported Passport and driving license is issued from the same country. Countries are Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia, Finland, Spain, Netherlands, Greece, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Turkey, Denmark, Portugal, Austria, France, United Kingdom, Norway, Romania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Serbia, Lithuania, United States of America, Canada, Japan, Australia, Singapore, People's Republic of China, South Korea, New Zealand, Hong Kong and South Africa. Nationals from all other countries and those whom their passport and Driving licenses are not from the same country must hold an international driving license accompanied by their original driving license.
All hirers must be, at a minimum, 25 years of age & Max 65 Years old.
70% insurance is covered for hirers between the ages of 22 and 25.OTHER POLICIES
General Guidelines and Information
Responsibilities
The hirer accepts that the vehicle of choice has been delivered to them in good working condition. The hirer also understands and acknowledges that the vehicle is to be returned to the lessor in the same condition once the period of rent is over (including all accessories).
We/ lessor reserves the right to recall a vehicle at any time – if the hirer has violated any of the company’s terms and conditions.
We/the lessor shall not be held accountable for any loss of goods.
We/ lessor reserves the right to make modifications to its terms and conditions without prior notice to any party's Geographical Limits.
Vehicles taken on rent from us/ lessor may only be driven within the geographical boundaries of the United Arab Emirates.

Fuel Policy

Damage
It is the hirer’s duty to ensure tires are kept properly inflated at all times.
It is the hirer’s duty to ensure the vehicle and its instruments are not damaged or tampered with.
It is the hirer’s duty to ensure a good standard of cleanliness is kept within the vehicle.
The hirer will be held accountable for any and all repair costs incurred during their rental period.
The hirer is not allowed to use a third-party repair service – this may result in a penalty for the hirer.
In the case of any damage or accident – the hirer is to call the Police (999) and lessor (+971 56507 6010/ +971 4408 7300).
The hirer must obtain a police report for any damage caused during their rental period.
Rental Period & Return Policy
Rental charges are on a 24-hour basis. A grace period of 2 hours is accepted on the return date • Any delay of more than 2 hours will result in excess charges of a complete day.
Latest check-in time: 1800/6.00 PM • No check-in on Sundays and Public Holidays.
For pick-up service on the return date (in Dubai), the hirer must inform the lessor at least 4 hours prior to the pick-up time.
For pick-up service on the return date (in all other Emirates), the hirer must inform the lessor at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
Car equipment like an extinguisher, medical kit, Hazard triangle, and Toolkit missed from the car while return, the hirer should pay an equipment loss fee. Key lost charges are 1500 AED. The Deposit Amount will be refunded after 30 Working days once the car is returned. AED 5.25 will be charged to every SALIK.).
