Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

Upon arrival, please call 787-890-3010 to alert the location of your arrival. Customers need to ride the airport shuttle bus to the car rental facility and wait at the designated pick up area for off airport car rental companies. The Priceless shuttle will circulate between the location and the facility every 10-15 minutes.

This place is not only a scam but they charge so many made up fees. Make their own rules to charge you more and give you a crappy car. The car i had had no tires or shocks. Terrible company will never use again nor recommend. For $600 you would think your car would look a little decent.

The experience from Next Rental car at Aguadilla locationwas the worst starting with the beginning of the process while there is only one person at the counter preceding and dispatching. The vehicle was not very clean. After I returned the vehicle it was the same problem taking for ever and I was in a rush to get to hospital because my kid was sompany received the vehicle and he said all was good and that refund of my deposit will take 5-7 days.( I rented the car on January 5th and I received deposit on January 25th) I left and realize that I left my fit beats head phones. I went back right away in about 15-20 min and told the front desk person that I left my head phones in the car andhe said that vehicle was already rented. Could not get in contact with anyone at the BQN location and customer service could not help, only direct location, to handle delayed flight therefore delayed pickup, nor extended drop off due to flight issues. They are not open 24 hours like described online. Called many times throughout my week long reservation and got through to a person about 9 are not even open.

Office was severely understaffed and it took over a hour and half to finally get vehicle also they have some strange office hours as they are closed from 0600-0900 and 2100-0000 which is quite odd. Thank you

My reservation was until 7:30pm. The location closes from6pm-9pm when flights leave at 9pm. My partner and I had to walk from the location until the airport due to no shuttle being available. Definitely would not be using you guysagain or recommend y’all to friends and family. Terrible service.

Upon arriving at the airport, we called several times to get picked up from the airport with several other people.. their was no airport shuttle to get the rental so we had to walk and carry all our luggage several blocks. The wait at the car pick up place was almost an hour, the car was so dirty, there was wrappers and things left from previousnitely use another car rental company.

I will never rent fro next car again First off I had towalk with suitcase from aguadilla airport to next car no shuttle arrived 2 you can’t get a hold of anyone by phone 3 at drop off time your workers were 1/2 hour late to openalmost missed my flight I will be writing more negativereviews for this joke of a rental car

My first and last time to use NextCar...very poor customer service, no one answers the phone when we called in. We were OVERCHARGED for less than one extra day of rental. I had read online reviews but went ahead and rented out of necessity. Will not rent from NextCar again. Amado Flores

Not sure if the story told by the staff was true. But we had to chase the shuttle van. Driver who was having an argument over the phone in the van, was avoiding the pickup area in front of the airport because - he later told us- they had not enough cars, only one that we were lucky(ish) to get. It was Saturday night and the staff said all other cHe was being a one man band, answering phones, driving the shuttle, greeting people who walked in the car ( as he warned us) was dirty. It even had a jacket in the trunk from a previous user. We had no option than agreeing to take that car. I was surprised that when I came to return the car on Monday noon, there were 3 uniformed staff. A very different scenario from the pick up experience.

Your service representative was outstanding. He drove theshuttle back and forth to the airport to your rental office, speaks English and Spanish, and is courteous, positiveand professional. Yet, since he wears ALL the hats in thenight shift operation, the waiting is too long. Once again, it is NOT his fault! He does great! Will it hurt your(2) people during the night shifts? I cannot provide input about the day shift. Both, getting and returning the rental car were done at night. This prevents me to give your company the highest scores and pause me to refer any colleagues. Thank you!
