Arriving customers: We offer free pick-up from the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport to hotels in the metro area to all clients. Upon arrival, customers may contact our company by using the courtesy line available at the airport or by calling 787-726-7350. The Airport shuttle is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our client’s convenience.

Upon arrival, please call 787-890-3010 to alert the location of your arrival. Customers need to ride the airport shuttle bus to the car rental facility and wait at the designated pick up area for off airport car rental companies. The Priceless shuttle will circulate between the location and the facility every 10-15 minutes.

We booked the reservation through Expedia and Nextcar could not find the reservation. They made us come back in 30 mins and still couldn’t find it. They made me call Expedia to find out what was going on. Expedia then called themand they said they could not find it or honor it. They made little to no effort to even remotely try and resolve the to book a car directly, it took forever to even get a quote, it was three times more expensive to book directly and they automatically added insurance to the reservation without asking. Ultimately Expedia canceled the reservationand I had to book a car elsewhere. I would never attempt to rent from Nextcar again.

The car was dirty inside and after we paid for the rental which ended up being TWICE the price I was given online, we had to wait about 45 minutes or so to get the vehicle.Clerk was very friendly but the rest of the staff has no concept of time

Our flight was delayed so standing room only in office. Someone took the day off so they were short staffed. I advised i had insurance with Geico and never once was i told to bring my card. This place is not only a scam but they charge so many made up fees. Make their own rules to charge you more and give you a crappy car. The car i had had no tires or shocks. Terrible company will never use again nor recommend. For $600 you would think your car would look a little decent.

The experience from Next Rental car at Aguadilla locationwas the worst starting with the beginning of the process while there is only one person at the counter preceding and dispatching. The vehicle was not very clean. After I returned the vehicle it was the same problem taking for ever and I was in a rush to get to hospital because my kid was sompany received the vehicle and he said all was good and that refund of my deposit will take 5-7 days.( I rented the car on January 5th and I received deposit on January 25th) I left and realize that I left my fit beats head phones. I went back right away in about 15-20 min and told the front desk person that I left my head phones in the car andhe said that vehicle was already rented. Could not get in contact with anyone at the BQN location and customer service could not help, only direct location, to handle delayed flight therefore delayed pickup, nor extended drop off due to flight issues. They are not open 24 hours like described online. Called many times throughout my week long reservation and got through to a person about 9 are not even open.

My reservation was until 7:30pm. The location closes from6pm-9pm when flights leave at 9pm. My partner and I had to walk from the location until the airport due to no shuttle being available. Definitely would not be using you guysagain or recommend y’all to friends and family. Terrible service.
