Vehicle was different from the one rented online: many service lights on including the break light; backseat did not have a working seatbelt

Unfortunately, we took a car we shouldnÂt have. The frontbumper was loose and continued to get worse to a point that it was not safe to drive. An employee from Nextcar cameover to the place we were staying and delivered another car for the rest of our trip.

The minivan was in poor shape - I understand the island is small and there are not many vehicles available. It did its job, however and the employees were nice and friendly and helpful. It worked out fine since we did not really travel much.

car was a piece of garbage- Asian language, no real key (valet only) drives terrible must be 10+ years old. False advertising on Travelocity-

Air conditioning intermittent. Windshield washer fluid empty and wipers did not match the vehicle. On incline the transmission would shudder.

We drove the vehicle from pick up to our hotel and the tires were so bald. We got a flat. Nextcar was quick to comereplace the tire. We were nervous to drive it due to safety concern about getting another flat.

The car smelled like cat pee. The communication was poor and we had to wait an hour to get picked up from the airport

What started off as a rocky start ended well. I think it would have made it easier if there was some better upfront communication. I received an email 24 hours before saying my vehicle was unavailable and it created a lot of churn when traveling from a long distance for vacation. It was also very difficult to contact next car in the Turks and eventll in all when I touched down the company made their effort to get me the car that I requested within 24 hours which was great and I had a great vacation.
