Air conditioning intermittent. Windshield washer fluid empty and wipers did not match the vehicle. On incline the transmission would shudder.

We drove the vehicle from pick up to our hotel and the tires were so bald. We got a flat. Nextcar was quick to comereplace the tire. We were nervous to drive it due to safety concern about getting another flat.

The car smelled like cat pee. The communication was poor and we had to wait an hour to get picked up from the airport

What started off as a rocky start ended well. I think it would have made it easier if there was some better upfront communication. I received an email 24 hours before saying my vehicle was unavailable and it created a lot of churn when traveling from a long distance for vacation. It was also very difficult to contact next car in the Turks and eventll in all when I touched down the company made their effort to get me the car that I requested within 24 hours which was great and I had a great vacation.

This was an extremely bad experience. It started with waiting 1.5 hours to get picked up from the airport with very poor communication from Nextcar about when they would arrive. The car we received was filthy, the windshield could barely be seen through and there was no wiper fluid. All check engine lights were on. There were no seat belts in the mow the whole time we used the car for the week. The car died on me after filling up with gas at the gas station. The one bright spot is that the gentleman working at Nextcarcame promptly to switch out the cars. The replacement carwhich we received on the 6th day was much better but alsoeventually had a check enginge light on and all the communications on the car, both wriitten and verbal overhead were in Japanese which we dont speak. Other than the person who did the paperwork and the driver this was a really bad experience. TMy reservation was canceled while I was in flight, but I didn't know it until I finally got to the rental facility and was told it was cancelled and they had no more cars but they would give me thenext persons car so I have no idea if they got a car. Engi. Constantly wondered if car was going to break down. Very sketchy car rental location. No cars around and run-downbuilding Waited for 45 minutes for someone to shuttle people to the rental location. Asked for paperwork when returned and was told no and still waiting for deposit to be cleared/refunded. Overall, not a good experience and would not choose Nextcar again in Turks and Caicos and would not recommend. Sorry:(

The vehicle I rented was not cleaned, horn did not work which was a huge safety issue, back of seat was falling off. As a rental company cars should not be given to renters insuch bad conditions. It is obvious that the vehicles are not taken care of or serviced, as if cars from the dump are being provided. The Chevy vehicle that was going to be giveto operate, the other 3 windows did not work. The air conditioner blew hot air, the pressure tire light was on. Worst experience I've ever encountered from a car rental place honestly.

The cars could be a little newer and also please pay attention to the safety of the cars, like breaks, tires and suspension. At times I felt unsafe when I had to break

The car was extremely dirty. There was no way for us to know who to speak to when we got to the airport. We were able to track someone down who helped us. He was nice and the driver was nice. Where we rented the car was an obscure little car shop in the middle of nowhere. It was not really professionally run but everyone we spoke to was pleasant

The car had 177K miles on it. It wasn’t worth in total value what I paid to rent it. We had no instructions for when we landed and we had to wait for 30 mins. I will say when we had an issue and were there the team responded quickly.
