doona car seat to fix the EZ pass because I have an EZ pass that I put during my rental and it's like every time I go through a toll. Never Bill my E-ZPass I always keep billing the vehicle and they got charged me the $5 fee $2 fee$7 fee this is ridiculous

The agent made me feel like just a number instead of a valued customer. Overall the experience was pretty fair. I had questions about how he came to the total.

The cars should already be cleaned and serviced at the time of pickup. I have rented twice within a seven day spanand both times the cars were barely cleaned and there wasa maintenance issue alert, both times.

Normally customer service is great at this location but my last experience with this new employee was very rude arrogant and didn't really know his job and very confrontational I had to call the manager to set him straight but beforethen I love this location

The vehicle was very dirty on the outside the inside had something splashed on the seats.The gas was on a quarter of a tank. I think clean gassed up vehicles are a better look when renting vehicles.

Sales person was not very pleasant and always appeared irritated. I had to actually beg for a receipt which I thought was unacceptable. Price of car was inflated.

The manager at the East North Ave location was very rude.His name is Darrius. I rent from here all the time and this was the first time that I he had been there during my rental pick up. His attitude is very unpleasant. He came inand didn’t even speak to the customers that were being waited on. He just started Reprimanding one of the employeesright in front of all the custom which I thought was rudehe should have pulled her aside. This was the first time my visit had been an unpleasant one.

The customer service representative wanted me to check off that the vehicle had no damage however I had never looked the vehicle over. And then appeared to have an attitude because I refused to do so!!! Enterprise or Thrifty pleaseand thank you!!!

When I obtained my Chime Card I was informed that it was good for Nextcar Rental . I was very disappointed that I wasdeclined by because of my debit card.This seem to me to be very un business like and discriminatory .

The rental experience is always great. However, the vehicles always seem to be just a bit under cleaned. The windows are usually what seems to be not very clean. Maybe it's just the cloths used. This has happened more than once. Overall, I love renting from the company. Thank you for your service.

It would be nice if there were a bathroom available for customers at the Nextcar location (North Ave, Baltimore). Also, when I returned the car, I was not given any receipt or other documentation to show that I had returned the car in good condition, and I wish they would do that.

I left items in the car called to let them know all the person kept stating we close at 6:00 P.M. I asked her if she would get items out of car before you rented car to someone else "we close at 6:00P.M."I then stated "you're saying that you're not going to get items out of that car? She said "I didn't say that" I then said Okay that's all I need you to say you're going to get items out of car"I'm on my way to pick up items in car.Upon arrival 6:10 we did getitems but some one had been in our personal belongs especially concert tickets ,items were in a box.Your employees need to check car inside and out when customers return cars not just to see if gas is in car and damage to car.This rental smelled also so that's why I only did one day. My car was rented for 8am. I was told the night before it wouldn't be ready until 9am. That was frustrating and hadthe potential to derail a planned trip with our student group. Dennis Boucher was very helpful in getting me the vehicle at 8:30am. That said, the situation was still frustrating given that a plan for our trip that day was based around an 8am start.

The customer service was great! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle runs very well but it wasn’t cleaned out and had previous customers information still in it like medical records, car rental agreements and apple ear buds.

I am a returning customer and this is the first time I've experienced any type of difficulties. However, seeing I ama returning customer and have never given the North Avenie office of Baltimore any problems, I would have expected to have been handled better. I was given a car with a malfunctioning turn signal and being the Man of God, I am with decency and integrity. I was being honest and letting the company know that the I realized the turn signal was loose. I called and informed staff. I was told to bring thecar back to be placed in another one. After getting to the office, all the stories changed, I was accused of breaking the part, those whom I spoke with said they didn't speak to me to bring the car in for an exchange, after the repinspected the car, the turn signal is now reported broke ( was not that way when I brought it in) and the situationbecame unnecessary all because I was trying to be honest.The story ends as such, I had to cancel the contract , I w

Hated the spray/cleaning smell inside car. Your fee for extra driver (my wife) seriously eroded your price advantage. Staff was attentive and friendly.
