I wish you guys has better cars or options there was just acar available for me... but it was a really decent car so.... Didn't have GPS which it was a little frustrating but vehicle was cool...

I called and informed customer service about the vehicle immediately but I was informed that I was required to continue driving the UNSAFE vehicle back to location of rental. Keep in mind, I informed the customer service representative that I was in NJ!

The guy at Nextcar was a pleasure to work with. The car car wiper blades were horrible. They hardly work to even clear the windshield. I had to pull over because we could not see. I’ve never had a bad experience with Nextcar but you should fix that car.

I rented the car online and paid for collision damage plan insurance. When I was talking with the person who waited on me he told me that they could not use this insurance. This insurance that i got when i rented the car online did not state that i could not use this. So i had to use your companies insurance which was much higher than what I paid
