I rented the car online and paid for collision damage plan insurance. When I was talking with the person who waited on me he told me that they could not use this insurance. This insurance that i got when i rented the car online did not state that i could not use this. So i had to use your companies insurance which was much higher than what I paid

Vehicle had cigarette burn holes in seats and smelled like cigarette smoke. Check in and out procedures are flawless

#1 my Agent that was at counter that took care of me was Sotira. She was Amazing and She was So great. I was very frustrated because I was suooosed be on road by 9am when I reserved the car. She saw my frustration and called her supervisor to see if she could go beyond to help me with insurance stuff. She was able to get it all straightened out &her excellent review. Such nice pleasant woman, She waspatient with me and my boyfriend.

I reserved a PICKUP TRUCK, weeks in advance, for a specific purpose. I received a call the day before I was scheduledto pick up my rental to inform me that no pickups were available and I would be getting a commercial van for the same price, if I still wanted it. At that late date, I had no choice but to take the van. When I reserved the truck, Iss — by like $30/day! Yet, I was offered no reduction to myrate. In fact, I was told this particular location doesn't have pickup trucks ever and I couldn't be guaranteed thetype of vehicle I reserved ever. I had already a reservation for a vehicle next month and I'm considering cancelingit due to this experience.
