This location is in downtown Bozeman. There is no airport shuttle service with this rate class/rate type. Terms and ConditionsPhysical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following:
- Your personal auto policy with collision coverage. Verification required.
- Your credit card's 'Rental Vehicle Coverage'. Verification required.
- Your purchase of the Physical Damage Waiver. Verification required.
- We require insurance verification as part of the rental process. Your insurance must be paid in advance for 30 days beyond the pick up date of the vehicle, with a deductible of 500 or less. See our complete rental requirements here for more information.

Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions:Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car.
Prepaid terms and Conditions
- The credit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.
Physical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following:
- Your personal auto policy with collision coverage. Verification required.
- Your credit card's 'Rental Vehicle Coverage'. Verification required.
- Your purchase of the Collision/Physical Damage Waiver.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY
Additional drivers must pass the same qualifications as the primary driver. Additional drivers are $8/day/driver.AFTER HOURS RETURN

Vehicles must remain within a 600 miles radius of this office. An out of area fee applies to vehicles that leave this radius.FINANCIAL POLICIES
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card only with included Collision Damage Waiver credit card benefit. Debit card or Discover card permitted with renter's proof of valid collision and comprehensive insurance policy with deductibles not to exceed $500. Nextcar of Bozeman - Downtown does not accept cash, checks, or pre-paid debit cards (NetSpend, Bluebird, AMEX Serve, Chase Liquid, Movo, RushCard, etc are not accepted). Apple Card does not satisfy credit card requirement; additional proof of insurance is required with Apple Card.

Driver License
Provide unrestricted MT driver’s license (no learner’s permit, etc);
Temporary (paper) driver’s license not accepted;
• Montana Renter:
◦ MT Driver's license with address within 30 miles of rental location
• Non-Montana Renter (USA Driver License)
◦ Driver License accepted with roundtrip AIR travel itinerary and proof of air return ticket, showing arrival and departure from BZN airport, ticket purchase date greater than 7 days from date of rental
Insurance
-If Renter Has Own Full Coverage Insurance Policy
• Address on insurance must match driver's license.
• One Additional Proof of Residence Required

• Deductible: comprehensive and collision not greater than $500

A renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver who is a resident of the United States, must present at the time of rental a driver's license issued by any state, territory or possession of the United States that is valid for the entire rental period. The minimum age to rent a vehicle at most NextCar locations is 21 years of age. Renters, additional renters and or authorized additional drivers that are 21 to 24 years of age will be charged an underage 25 driver fee of $15.00/day because of such driver's age and in addition to any additional driver fee, if applicable. Renters 21 to 24 years of age are permitted to rent only Economy through Full-Size cars, Intermediate SUVs, Mini Vans, Work Pick-up Trucks, Cargo Vans and Cargo Trucks. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for specific information on driver ages at the NextCar location where you intend to rent and the applicable charge for drivers 21 to 24 years of age.
Additional driver fee - $8 per day.
