I like how representatives try to resolve issues at the location. I am not sure if the express feature to check outand just pick up the car is available at this location, but it would be a benefit to introduce it for customers to improve checkout times.

What a sleazy operation. I reserved my car online and when we went to pick it up, we were told that since my partner and I were not on the same insurance policy that we could not add him as a driver. No problem, we could just switch the reservation over to him. At no point were we told that I would be charged a 5% processing fee for the “convenieas not told that I would only be refunded 95% of the total. I had to check my card statement and call back. Then I was told to call the individual location because there weren’t any notes in the account. The agent at the Catonsville location put me on hold for 15 minutes and ultimately transferred me back to the main number. 20 bucks probably won’t break nextcar, but it will ensure i never rent from you again. Also, the car smelled like cigarette smoke.

When you rent a car online, staff knows a car should be ready. I rented a car for noon but I still had to wait an hour for the whole process (waiting my turn, waiting for the computer process, and then waiting for them to clean thecar). The part I don’t understand is why do I have to wait each time I rent for someone to clean my car especially wed at.
