The car was not clean at all we had to request another car which was not available so we had to go to another location. I requested a discount and did not receive one of anyoffer for future discounts. The counter agent presented the car and could see and smell (smoke) how bad it was. We were very disappointed and inconvenienced.

I usually have a great experience Kim is very helpful at the Annapolis location. I returned my vehicle at approximately 9:20 am The contract said that I returned it at 9:46 AM which meant they charged me an extra day. Kim said she would take care of it she sent me a new receipt but I still have not seen the refund on my credit card

The person at the desk seemed like someone who was fired from MVA for providing poor customer service - she was pitiful. I've rented many cars in my life and I've never beenasked to bring my insurance card - which luckily I had inmy wife's car who was dropping me off. And then the person says our deductible is too high. You need to CLEARLY commery frustrating and stressful experience. I won't be using NextCar ever again.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT CLEANED AND CHECKED UPON DELIVERY. I GOT A FLAT TIRE NOTRTH OF RICHMOND AND HAD GEICO COME OUT WITH A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CHANGE THE TIRE OUT. THE VEHICLE DID NOT HAVE THE RODS TO DROP THE SPARE TIRE. I HAD TO SLEEP IN RICHMOND OVERNIGHT AND THEN PURCHASE A NEW TIRE THE NEXT MORNING TO DRIVE HOME TO ANNAPOLIS.

Person @ pickup was borderline surly. Car was in terrible condition. Brake and/or tire balance issues and terrible noises while driving slowly.

I enjoyed renting from NextCar. However, the process of picking up the rental car should be streamlined for efficiency. It took over 30 minutes for me to get my rental car with a reservation.

Overall the process was fine. My issues are that the vehicle had some sticky substance on the mirror and windshieldsimilar to that of someone who opened a soda can and it inadvertently sprayed a bit. Also the lady behind the counter had the same personality and friendliness as my military boots after I’ve marched through mud. I’m assuming she’sit painful to her. Also she did the return inspection andjust walked away so I had to scream to ask if she was done so I could leave. In stride, she turned her head to confirm.

Initially I was given a Toyota Rav4. When I looked in the car there was pet hair throughout. I explained to the person helping me that my son is allergic and we would need another vehicle.. I was given a free upgrade and was very happy with the Dodge Durango that I was given.. it was ni fuss and I was out of there..great service

Cars don't appear to ever be cleaned, car had damage in thedrivers area, cars are never filled with gas. This is the second rental. The first car was totally empty, this one had under half a tank. The employees are really slow to process each person. I waited 2 hours to return my last car.

Service is generally pretty good when we rent from NextCar, however, perhaps we caught the sales person on a bad day. Her reception and was not welcoming nor very amenable to traditional good customer service. That are more friendly/kinder ways to tell customers additional information isneeded or perhaps not accepted; however, the manner whichleasant. It was almost as if it was “a bother” for us tobe renting from NextCar. The vehicle was fine, but was still a little disappointed in the interaction with the attendant. Respectfully, Thank you.

first time renting from NextCar......in the past I always rented from Enterprise....prices are a bit lower at Enterprise and they pick you up if needed. I was having AAA service repair my car and the NextCar was somewhat convenient to the AAA location and the car was good and customer service was good!
