I have to Thank Ms. Kim and Grant at the Annapolis for always making sure I get a vehicle that is comfortable enough for me and my family. But I cannot forget about Joe, that dude goes above and beyond his job.

The car smelled of cigarette smoke terribly and the smellnever went away.

They are always nice and accommodating. I had an issue with the tire on my rental and they switched car out for me without issue and quickly.

The customer service at the annapolis center on west streetit the best. I love Ms. Kim she is rhe best, dont get mewrong all of the associates are wonderful but i have beenrentong from her a long time. They do as wonderful job.GOD BLESS THEM ALL

Brought the car back just over 2 days (like 2 days and 2 hrs) after renting it and was charged for three days. The lady at counter insisted on insurance paperwork even though my credit card used for the rental covers rental insuranceand damages. This despite the fact that their website as well as sign at desk says you need either/or, not both. SoI had to call my insurance company on the spot to get paperwork. And she was less than friendly. Terse would be thekindest description. I won't be using these guys again. Sad trombone.

*I am very unimpressed with the Fleet of Limited Vehicles, Styles, Makes/Models, with your heightening Prices?? While we appreciate a lower 'hold fee' and that ability to rentlocally, the Vehicle's lack of cleanliness and Options, doesn't really make you all a Renters at the local level. You All should expand your Fleet, especially in Annapolis, MD. It's Always challenged, shortage of good quality vehicles. and they are not usually very clean.
