Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions:
Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car.
Please NOTE: Prepaid Debit Cards are not accepted at this location. Only bank issued debit cards are accepted.
Prepaid terms and Conditions
- The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.
- PREPAID debit cards are not accepted at this location. (NetSpend, Bluebird, AMEX Serve,Chase Liquid, Movo, RushCard, etc) We gladly accept bank issued debit cards.
Physical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following:
- Your personal auto policy with collision coverage. Verification required.
- Your credit card's 'Rental Vehicle Coverage'. Verification required.
- Your purchase of the Collision/Physical Damage Waiver.

All reservations will be held until the end of the business day; after that, they are subject to availability. Please call the rental office to let us know if you will be more than two hours late past the reservation time.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional driver fee is $10.00 per day. Underage driver (Renters 21 to 24 years of age) $20/ day
AFTER HOURS RETURNS
Follow NEXTCAR return signs to level 3, park the vehicle at the return lane, take all your personal belongings from the vehicle, and then drop the key in the drop box drawer at the NEXTCAR return booth.
COVERAGES
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be declined by using proof of Your personal Auto policy with a $1000 deductible or less for comprehensive and collision coverage, Your name as a primary policy holder, Policy # and Expiration, credit card if the insurance offered by the card provides the necessary coverage As a Primary coverage. • There is an additional charge of $24.99 - $64.99 USD per day for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), subject to the vehicle category and excess amount. • Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted, SLI provides the renter and authorized drivers with up to $500,000 USD combined single limit for third-party liability claims. There is an additional charge of $13.05 USD per day for Supplemental Liability Insurance. • Deductible/Excess: The deductible/excess is the maximum amount you will have to pay to repair or replace the rental car if it is damaged or stolen.
CROSS-BORDER RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles can only be driven within the state of Florida. Under no circumstances may the vehicle leave the State of Florida. Otherwise, the renter will be charged a $1,000 USD plus tax cross-border fine, along with a mileage charge of $0.25 USD plus tax per mile for the entire rental mileage.
DRIVING RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles can only be driven within the state of Florida. Under no circumstances may the vehicle leave the State of Florida. Otherwise, the renter will be charged a $1,000 USD plus tax cross-border fine, along with a mileage charge of $0.25 USD plus tax per mile for the entire rental mileage.
FINANCIAL POLICY
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Discover. American Express.\ \ It is necessary to present a valid credit card in the rental office in the name of the main driver to pre-authorize or charge the deposit amount. \ \ Deposit $150 Up to $1,000 due at time of pickup, it matches your deductible with your comprehensive and collision coverages.
LOCAL TRAVELLER RESTRICTIONS
Unlimited Mileage within the State of Florida (for non-Florida residents only). Florida residents are eligible for fifty free miles per day. Excess mileage costs $0.75 USD plus tax per extra mile. Florida and Georgia residents are eligible for 50 free miles per day. Excess mileage costs $0.75 USD plus tax per extra mile, Florida and Georgia residents must provide their own insurance with full coverage and a major credit card, both in the name of the main driver.

OTHER
• US residents must provide their own proof insurance as a (DECLARATION PAGE), your policy must be transferable to non-owned auto and for personal use. o We accept insurance from the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, Mapfre, All State, USAA, Esurance, Farmers, Travelers, AAA, Nationwide, Auto owners, and any other insurance policy under the name of the renter, subject to coverage verification by our personnel by contacting the insurance company. • If you have your own insurance, you must provide your insurance DECLARATION PAGE, it must be printed within prior to the pickup of the vehicle. Alternatively, presenting the information in a mobile app at the time of pickup is acceptable. This information must match the name, last name, and address of the main driver on the reservation. The insurance must show/include a minimum USD liability coverage and provide full (collision and comprehensive) coverage for the rental vehicle. Florida State Minimums are required. • Provide Full (collision and comprehensive) coverage for the rental vehicle or another valid proof of insurance. • The address on your driver’s license must match the address listed on your insurance policy. Deposit $150 Up to $1,000 due at time of pickup.
PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Take the Sky Connect to the consolidated car rental facility. NextCar is located on level 4 where the train drops off. Make a left as you exit the train, go past Hertz, then make a right, we are behind Sixt and Fox car rental in that hallway.
PLATE PASS
In Florida, most roads, bridges, tunnels, and express lanes allow you to use a toll service, which grants renters the possibility of unlimited use of all Florida tolls. • Toll Service: While toll service is not mandatory, all our rental cars come equipped with a non-removable transponder that is securely attached to the windshield. Unfortunately, personal transponder devices from customers are not allowed for use in our vehicles. • Transponder Integrity: If a customer removes the pre-installed transponder, it may lead to damage, resulting in a fine of $250 USD plus tax. All transponders are provided with a seal confirming the integrity of the device. A transponder with a damaged seal is considered damaged. We collaborate with a third-party company that offers two toll options: Billing: The billing of the tolls 1. Unlimited Toll Option: $14.99 USD plus tax per day, enjoy unlimited toll use with no charges after the rental ends. 2. Decline Toll Service: If you choose this option, a $24.99 USD plus tax admin fee per toll, plus the value of the tolls consumed if tolls are used during the rental period.
REFUELING POLICY
Please return vehicle with the same amount of fuel that it left with in order to avoid a refueling surcharge.
RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum rental age: 21 years. Young driver fee: Applies to all drivers under 25 years old ($20 USD plus tax per day). Maximum rental age: 74 years. o Senior driver fee: Applies to drivers aged 70 and above (typically from $9.99 USD plus tax per day). All customers should present the following documents in order to proceed with the rental: Official ID (Passport or ID card). Valid Driver’s License. Credit or Debit Card on the main driver’s name. Insurance coverage proof.
