When you arrive at YVR and have collected your luggage, please head to Level 3 Departures, courtesy shuttle pick up area. Once at the pick up area call us on +1 604 649 1231, so we can have the shuttle driver pick you up. Look out for a white Ford Transit. Courtesy shuttle pick up and drop-off areas are located outside of Departures Level 3 International Terminal near the U.S. Departures check in the area and outside the Departures Level 3 Domestic Terminal. ARRIVING FROM WITHIN CANADA?
1) Pick up your checked bags which are at Arrivals on Level 2 of the Domestic Terminal
2) After you pick up your luggage, go to Level 3, exit out of the building
3) Turn right and all the way at the end is courtesy shuttle pick up area.

ARRIVING FROM OUTSIDE CANADA?
1) Go through the Customs and Immigration arrivals process
2) Pick up your luggage
3) Go to Level 3, exit out of the building
4) In between International Departures and U.S Departures is the courtesy shuttle pick up area
