PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
Your rental vehicle will be held for you for up to 1 hour beyond the booked pick-up time. If you are likely to be late, we advise that you contact our office in advance at 707-827-1400.
Upon arrival at Charles M. Shultz - Sonoma County Airport, exit into the main lobby and baggage claim area. Upon entering the main lobby, proceed to the far end past the baggage claim and look for the Nextcar Rental sigh and desk checkin.
Geographical Restrictions:
Rental Vehicles cannot be taken out of state of CALIFORNIA. Our vehicles are not authorized to cross the geographic limits of the state of CALIFORNIA under any circumstances. Mexico travel is NOT allowed.
NO SHOW:
We reserve the right to deny the vehicle to any client who does not show up at the agreed date and time with all the necessary documentation and a credit card with sufficient available funds for the deposit of the vehicle. In such a case, unless the rental has been canceled in advance, the client will not be entitled to a refund.
