Prepaid Reservation Terms and Conditions:
Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car.
Prepaid terms and Conditions
- The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation when you reserve your car.
- The security deposit is from 500 USD to 2,500 USD to all cars (variable).
ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICYAdditional driver fee is $12.00/day and the driver needs to be at least 25 years old with their own insurance.
AFTER HOURS RETURNIf the Vehicle is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for all loss of or damage to it until we inspect the vehicle at our next business opening, time & mileage, and optional service charges will continue to accrue until our next business opening. There will be a drop box located to the right of the store entrance. Place keys in the drop box.
RENTAL COVERAGESDeposit will be blocked on customer's credit card until 10 to 15 business days after the end of the rental period.
The deductible/excess is the maximum amount you'll have to pay in order to repair or replace the rental car if it is damaged or stolen.
The deductible/excess its of 1,000 USD to all cars only if the customer purchases our vehicle's insurance.
The security deposit is from 500 USD to 2,500 USD for all cars (variable).
Customers who fail to cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to pick-up time, fail to show up for the reservation or do not qualify for the rental will be subject a one-day rental charge or a $50 admin fee, whichever is higher. All cancellations must be through the original booking source or notified in writing to our email Insurance information
For the Month of August starting November 1st till December 31,2023 , All Special Pricing and All Reservations booked directly or thru a merchant or walk-in or Booked thru Third Parties and Pre-Paid Online or Thru the corporate office, Rentals will be subjected to a mandatory insurance purchase CDW thru our office in the event Proof of Insurance to cover rental can not be provided, If Renter can not show proof of insurance according to minimum will be subjected to a Mandatory Daily Insurance Coverage Charge starting at $29.99 - $59.99 a Day for the Collision Damage Waiver insurance coverage (CDW) normal daily pricing is starting at $29.99, however for the month of July special pricing will be starting at $29.99 - $59.99 a Day
All Cars Must have insurance coverage, either the limits according to the company policy, or the CDW will be offered for the rental cars, if the CDW is Declined then the Customer Must pay the Deductible of $500 as a security deposit.
Insurance from a third party will not be accepted (Priceline, or Expedia Insurance)
A collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a $1,000 deductible is available starting at $29.99 - $59.99 per day
Full CDW with a $0 deductible starting at $39- $89.99 per day (Coverage Cost Varies depending on the car rented)
There is extra an additional charge from $15.99 per day for Supplemental Liability (SLI).

Glass and Tire Cover (GTC) $4.99 per day.

Coverage is required to rent a vehicle, and it can be provided by your own verifiable policy, a credit card that has verifiable coverage for your vehicle, or purchasing our coverage. If you would like to provide your own insurance, you must show at the counter proof of insurance coverage that specifies the coverage limits and inclusions, policy number, and effective date. Proof can be shown in the form of paper documents, or displayed on a computer, phone, or mobile device screen. We accept insurance from the following US companies ONLY: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, Kemper, USAA, Esurance, Farmers, Travelers, Erie, AAA, Allstate, and Nationwide. If you plan on using your own insurance, you must show at the counter the ID card + declaration page which has to match the name last name, and address of the renter. Insurance must include a minimum requirements liability coverage of $300,000 / $500.000 and provide full Collision and Comprehensive for the rental vehicle, and a deductible of $250 Maximum allowed. If you will be using your own insurance a deposit to cover your deductible plus damages will be required from your credit card. Insurance from Puerto Rico, Canada or any other country outside of the US is not accepted.
The rental vehicle may be covered by Collision coverage provided by your credit card company. If coverage is provided by a credit card, we must be able to verify that coverage at the time of the rental. The full amount of the rental, including the prepaid amount, must be paid with the same card. A $2,500 security deposit will apply to those using credit card insurance.
RENTAL RESTRICTIONSNo one-way rentals. No restrictions except for the 3,000 mile-per-contract limit. The Vehicle can not leave the state of FL.
FINANCIAL POLICIESWe accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is a $300.00 (refundable) deposit over the rental amount taken at time of pick up. We do accept debit cards with a $500.00 dollar (refundable) deposit. Please note: Prepaid reservations require that the same card be presented at the time of rental as was used to book the prepaid reservation, and the name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the renter of the vehicle Debit Card Rules: Mandatory Debit Fee from $9.99 a day. When a renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver presents an eligible checking account debit card at the beginning of the rental to qualify to rent, NextCar will perform an insurance verification with the customer’s personal or business auto insurance carrier to verify that the insurance policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the rental and will provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle. If the customer's auto insurance policy fails to provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits for the NextCar vehicle, the rental agreement will not be processed unless the customer provides a major credit card with verifiable rental car damage coverage or purchases the optional NextCar Coverage.
REFUELING POLICIESVehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel as they had at the time of rental. If returned low, additional fuel will be charged.
RENTER QUALIFICATIONSA valid driver's license is required. Renters age 21-25 may be accepted, but certain restrictions and fees may apply(The additional fees for those under 25 are $25 per).
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: a valid driver's license, credit or debit card in the main driver's name, and a Passport or ID card.
OTHER POLICIESVehicles returned excessively dirty or smoked in will be charged up to $350 cleaning fee. Extension Fee may apply if customer failed to contact us to extend rental 24 hours prior to return time and date. The Sunpass is Mandatory with each rental for a fee of $15 Fifteen Dollars per day for unlimited usage not to exceed the $15 Fifteen dollars and certain restrications will apply
