Upon arrival at Sanford International Airport, take the stairs or elevators that lead to Level 1 GROUND TRANSPORTATIONS. Once at LEVEL 1 , go through the glass doors , cross the street toward the bus, taxi and shuttle pick-up areas. Once you have reached the Shuttle Pick-up area, dial 305 7218897 for pick-up. Please note that you must be ready to board our Shuttle upon arrival, since the airport allows a max waiting time of only 5 minutes for boarding.

- The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation $ when you reserve your car.
- The security deposit is from 500 USD to 2,500 USD to all cars (variable).

AFTER HOURS RETURNOur service includes delivery and collection to and from the airport at no cost.
Full details of your flight itinerary are required and must be provided at the time of rental booking.
Please note that vehicle deliveries for private accommodation are not provided.
Charges for delivery and collection outside normal business hours will apply, including when the late collection of the vehicle is due to a flight delay.
Out of hours charges
We reserve the right to supply the vehicles outside normal business hours, but in situations where the customer contacts us to indicate that a flight is delayed and causes the vehicle collection service to be extended beyond the normal hours of work, an additional charge may be charged in case we are available to deliver the vehicle. The additional charge must be paid at the time of collection of the vehicle.
RENTAL COVERAGESWe offer a variety of insurance coverages based on your rental needs and requirements.
Terms and conditions for the use of your own insurrance
ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES of $9.99 per day will be charged for the use of your own insurance, this charge is applied by our company for the management involved in verifying the information provided by the client.
Long phone calls and exchange of emails with the different insurance companies are necessary to confirm the information that appears in the policy and its respective validity.
ONLY THE FOLLOWING INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE ACCEPTED UNDER THESE TERMS
State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State, Infinity, Progressive, USAA, Nationwide, e-surance and Farmers.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR THE USE OF YOUR OWN INSURANCE:
Clients must provide proof of their own insurance
Acceptable proof of insurance is the policy letter (Declaration Page) from the issuing company in the name of the main driver where we can read the details of your policy and specific amount of coverage.
The ID CARD or insurance card by itself ARE NOT ACCEPTED as proof of insurance and therefore cannot be used for such purposes.
If the coverage amount of your own policy is not greater than or equal to that required for the vehicle model requested, you have the option of purchasing supplemental insurance at the counter
RENTAL RESTRICTIONSGeographical Restrictions Apply. Rental Vehicles cannot be taken out of state of FLORIDA.
Our vehicles are not authorized to cross the geographic limits of the state of Florida under any circumstances.
Additional mileage charges and fines of up to $2,000 will apply for violations of this restriction.
FINANCIAL POLICIES6.5% tax
REFUELING POLICIESVehicles are rented with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas. Upon the vehicle’s return, any missing fuel will be charged at a premium price. No refunds will be issued for unused gas.
RENTER QUALIFICATIONSCustomer must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimun of 1 year before the date of the commencement of the rental and with no major endorsment. A valid ID card or passport must be presented at the time of pick up. A international Driver's license (IDL) must be presented if the renter's national driving license is not in the English alphabet. IDL must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 and the maximum age 74. An underage surcharge of $19.99 per day applies for renters 21-24 years old. A senior driver fee of USD $15.99 per day will apply for driver's ages 60 to 74 years.
OTHER POLICIESThe Terms and Conditions provided here, together with the Terms and Conditions of Use, form part of our contract with you, the signing of any contract will be considered as conclusive confirmation of your acceptance of these Conditions.
Any reservation made on this website by you depends on your willingness to accept the Terms offered by us.
If you do not agree with any part of our Terms, you should not proceed with your reservation with us.
By making any reservation with this website, you indicate or confirm that you have followed the relevant Terms and accept them.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ALL THE CONTENT IN THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING
A valid credit card in the name of the beneficiary of the reservation is required at the time of picking up the vehicle.
A security deposit will be blocked to the same card.
This deposit is fully refundable provided that the car and its accessories are returned in their original condition to the place of delivery stipulated in your contract in the same conditions and in accordance with the fuel policy.
Make sure your credit card has sufficient funds available to cover the excess during withdrawal.
If you do not present a valid credit card or a credit card with sufficient funds, we will not be able to provide you with a vehicle
Upon vehicle pick-up, you will be asked to provide proof of booking confirmation in print or digital form, valid driver's license, credit card in renter's name, and in some cases may be required a passport or second photo ID. Driver's license and age requirements are mandatory.
A refundable credit card deposit is held and ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on the vehicle group and type of insurance used at the time of vehicle rental.
When making a reservation, you must provide us with all the necessary details, such as the flight number, and the telephone number, as well as the time of arrival and any additional data of special requirements.
There may be a situation where some of the requested vehicles are late in becoming available and in such cases we will inform you directly.
We reserve the right to deny the vehicle to any client who does not show up at the agreed date and time with all the necessary documentation and a credit card with sufficient available funds for the deposit of the vehicle.
In such a case, unless the rental has been canceled in advance, the client will not be entitled to a refund.
For any rental refused at the rental counter due to failure to present rental voucher or sufficient and required identification documents (such as: valid driver's license, credit card or other proof of identification) during car pick-up, we reserve the right not to provide it
Such cases of insufficient or non-existent documents are, and would be, treated as 'No Show' and, therefore, you will not be entitled to any refund or refund of the pre-paid money for your rental.
Rental period/calculation of the daily rate
A rental period is calculated and charged based on a 24-hour time cycle.
Once you have collected your vehicle, the extension of the rental period and late returns are charged at the local rate at the time of vehicle delivery. You can check at the counter for more details about the charges for it.
Your car rental time begins and ends according to the pick-up and drop-off information issued in your contract.
The charges are calculated according to units of 24 hours, If you wish to extend your rental time after picking up your car or if you return it later than the time / date declared in your rental agreement, then local rates will apply for such extension. which are usually higher than the promotional rates, for any extension you must contact us at least 6 hours before your estimated delivery time.
The extension request is not a guarantee of its approval, since the vehicle may possibly be reserved for the date and time following your return.
Payments for extensions must be made directly at our location and under no circumstances will the security deposit be taken as part of the payment for said purpose.
-Vehicle capacity and vehicle type
All rental cars are insured for a specific (maximum) number of passengers. Any changes to vehicle specifications (including car capacity and vehicle type) at the time of rental must be addressed directly at the counter.
We are not responsible if the rental car you have chosen is not suitable for all passengers and their luggage.
In this case we are not obliged to provide a different size car than the one shown on your reservation coupon.
For a guide to the different vehicle sizes, check the web for the number of passengers allowed for the available cars.
For any rental services denied during pickup due to group size not being suitable for the vehicle, we can offer suggestions based on our availability and any excess vehicle change fees must be adjusted and paid on the counter.
Any refusal of such changes does not guarantee the return or refund of the prepaid amount.
We do not guarantee any vehicle model or its specific brand in any case
Any vehicle shown on the reservation coupon is for guidance only and may be substituted with a model similar in size and make or an upgraded model of the vehicle.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the renter’s financial responsibility for damages to the rental vehicle.
If you choose CDW coverage and your rental vehicle is damaged or becomes a loss, you may incur a deductible due to such loss or damage.
This deductible will range from $2,500.00 to $5,000.00, based on the type of vehicle you rented, and will be specified in your rental agreement.
Vehicles must be dropped-off at the same rental office where they were picked-up.
There are no drop-off fees during regular workings hours.
For after hour drop-offs, please inquire at the rental counter.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club.
Cards must be issued in the name of the main renter.
Other acceptable forms of payment include Maestro card, debit cards, Apple pay and cash (restrictions apply, please inquire in advance).
GPS, Child seats, booster seats, SIM cards, Wifi modem is available upon demand.
