Walking instructions from baggage claim:
Go up one level using the escalators, cross the sky bridge into the parking garage. Follow signs for Link Light Rail. Once at Link Light Rail cross another sky bridge going over International Boulevard. Take the elevator to the bottom floor than walk along the side walk to the back side of the SureStay by Best Western Hotel to our office.ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY
$9.99 per day per additional driver.

Returns to be done during hours of operation. After hours drop off/returns is highly discouraged and no courtesy shuttle is available a one-time charge of $45 is assessed if cars are returned after duty hours and will be added to your final bill / invoice. Please strictly follow after drop of instruction on the front office door.
Cars returned after hours will be checked the next business day at 0900 am after we open our office. Any/ All damages with the rental vehicle will be responsibility of the renters until the rental agreement is closed after checking the vehicle. It is therefore strongly advised to return the vehicle during our normal business hours.RENTAL COVERAGES
In the event you do not have insurance coverage, you may be able to purchase coverage at the counter; if renting an SUV no coverage is available for purchase at counter. We will not be able to rent out a vehicle without proper coverage.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE ISSUED BY ANY OTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN USA.

Our rental vehicles are authorized to be driven in the states of Washington and Oregon only; miles are limited to 150 per day for renters arrive at SeaTac International Airport, each additional mile over the total allotted miles will be at the cost of .39 cents per mile. A $250 penalty applies on the final invoice if the vehicle travels outside of the two mentioned states. Vehicles can be driven into British Columbia Canada with a one-time charge of $75. Please advise rental agent at the time of pick up. If a vehicle travels to British Columbia without prior authorization a $250 penalty with be automatically assessed on the final invoice.
For Renters arriving at SeaTac Airport on the day of rental WITH RETURN AIRLINE TICKETS = Cars can be driven only in Washington and Oregon.
Cars to be driven within 75 miles radius.FINANCIAL POLICIES
We accept all major credit cards.
1. Credit card must have a Visa, Master Card, Amex or Discover logo.
2. All cards / documents should be in the same name (as the driver)
3. Renters must present a return airline ticket and rental date BOARDING PASS
4. Security Deposit $200-$500 in addition to the total rental amount IS ASSESSED ON EVERY RENTAL before the start of the rental period.
5. PREPAID RESERVATIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NON CHANGEABLE AND MARKED NO SHOW IF NOT PICKED UP ON THE DATE AND TIME OF RESERVATION
Refunds take up to 15 days.
Additional Days are $30 plus your daily rates.
Delinquent rentals that are not paid in advance will be billed at min $85/day (starting from the first day of the rental)
IF DEBIT CARDS ARE USED BY OUT OF STATE RENTERS THEN THERE IS ONE TIME FEE OF $85 ASSESSED IF RENTER PROVIDES HIS/HER OWN FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE (INCLUDING LIABILITY AND COLLISION COVERAGE)
OUR MAX LIABILITY IS ONLY UP TO THE MAX AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ACTUAL RENTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE RENTER .
IF THE CARS ARE RENTED FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS OR OVER 1000 MILES THEN it is the responsibility of the renter to check all fluids and water and maintain levels or bring to our office so we can do the inspection (during our work hours 0900 - 1700)
ONLY Major credit cards are accepted to rent the vehicle.
Each cancelled RESERVATIONS THAT ARE SECURED ON CREDIT CARD WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PICK UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED $50 (OR ONE DAY RENTAL) + APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES
Deplaning Renters at SeaTac Airport should have the required total rental amount and additional $200 to $450 to initiate the rental.
In order to use a debit card as a method of payment at time of rental, the following policies must be met:
1. Must have a Visa, Master Card or Discover logo.
2. A ONE-TIME FEE OF $85.00 WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN A DEBIT CARD IS USED.
3. Renters must present a return airline ticket/confirmation - and boarding pass on issued on the day of rental.
THE FUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE UNTIL AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN RETURNED (up to 15 business days) or YOUR BANK HAS APPLIED THE MONEY BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
PREPAID DEBIT AND OR GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF DEPOSIT.
Cancellation:
Reservation are automatically marked no show after pickup time unless advised by the renter.
FULL CHARGE FOR NO SHOW or returned any time.REFUELING POLICIES
Return fuel with the amount taken. A refueling service charge of $35.00 plus the cost of fuel at the current rate applies when vehicle is returned with less fuel.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Normal age to drive our rental car is:
$0: Age 25 to 65
$39.99/day: for drivers between 21-25 and 65 and above
$9.99: for each additional driver
DRIVERS UNDER 21 years of age are not allowed to drive our rental cars.
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT: Driver’s License / Major CC / Full Coverage Insurance (Declaration page should be sent to our email address SEATTLE@RENTAWRECK.COM.)
All renters should have in their possession VERIFIABLE proof of minimum WA Liability Insurance (Declaration Page) or can be purchased at the counter (cost $15.99/day). WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE ISSUED BY ANY OTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN USA.
All renters/drivers are required to provide
Original Driver’s License (min valid for 2 months from date of rental)
Major Credit Cards (Debit Cards / Cash / Checks etc not accepted)
Proof of full coverage insurance (Declaration Page). WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE ISSUED BY ANY OTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN USA.
If using credit card for collision coverage you must provide from the credit card company documentation showing collision coverage.OTHER POLICIES
DON’T LET THE NAME FOOL YOU! WE HAVE LATE MODEL CLEAN VEHICLES.
NOTE: ALL CARS ARE AUTOMATIC SHIFTS. MANUAL CARS / STICK SHIFTS ARE NOT RENTED BY OUR COMPANY.
No Refunds for: Unused / Extra Gas /Early Returns

Car Seats: $7.99 PER DAY
THERE SHOULD BE A GAP OF AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAYS BETWEEN ANY TWO ONLINE RESERVATIONS
Tires and windshield are the responsibility of the renter. We provide cars that are roadworthy, nails flat tire, drained battery is the responsibility of the renter charges apply if assistance is requested (it is advisable to have your ROADSIDE ASSISTANCES card handy )
Admin Charges (in addition to original toll /ticket / any violation):
$50 per violation
Delinquent rental recovery: $500 - $1500 (includes track/personnel/ documents/reporting to authorities/ collection fees)
Road Side Assistance: $50 (plus the actual fees charged by providers)
The make/model / year / color (interior and exterior) of the car vary and cannot be guaranteed.
NO SMOKING: $250 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY TRACE OF SMOKE / ASH OR CIGARETTES OR MARIJUANA.
If someone other than the renter returns the vehicle then there is a one- time fee of $50
