PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Arriving Customers: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm you will be collect by a “Fly Park” shuttle and transported to our branch to collect your vehicle. Between the hours of 4:01pm – 6:59am you will be collected by an “Aero Parks” shuttle. On Saturday between 8:00am – 12:00pm you will be collected by the “Fly Park” shuttle.
From Saturday 12:01pm – Monday 6:59am you will be collect by the “Aero Parks” shuttle. Aero Parks is our after-hours partner who will hand over the vehicle.
International Terminal: Please phone +64 0800 871 563 follow the instructions to inform shuttle service that you have arrived. Once you have exited the terminal please go to door 11 just past McDonalds.
Domestic terminal: Once you have exited the airport please phone +64 0800 871 563 and follow the instructions. To meet your shuttle, please head across the pedestrian crossing under the Jetstar arrival sign and Our driver will meet you in the off-airport pick-up area.PAY LATER POLICY

Prepaid terms and Conditions
- The credit/debit card used to reserve the pay now rate must be in the renter's name and must be provided to NextCar at the time of rental. The name on the credit card must match the driver's name.
- At the time of rental, you MUST produce the same credit card you paid online and valid driver's license in your name.
- Your card will be charged for the total cost of this reservation $ when you reserve your car. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle.
- PREPAID debit cards are not accepted at this location. (NetSpend, Bluebird, AMEX Serve,Chase Liquid, Movo, RushCard, etc) We gladly accept bank issued debit cards.
Physical Damage Coverage is required and must be provided by one of the following:

- Your purchase of the Collision/Physical Damage Waiver.
- We require insurance verification as part of the rental process. Your insurance must be paid in advance for 30 days beyond the pick up date of the vehicle, with a deductible of $500 or less. See our complete rental requirements here for more information.
FINANCIAL POLICIES
VALID PASSPORT, DRIVERS LICENSE AND CREDIT CARD IN THE NAME OF THE MAIN RENTER ARE REQUIREDRENTER QUALIFICATIONS
ALL DRIVERS/RENTERS MUST PRESENT A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IN LATIN ALPHABET. INTERNATIONAL LICENSE REQUIRED IF LICENSE IS NOT IN LATIN ALPHABET. MINIMUM 1 YEAR DRIVING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. MINIMUM RENTAL AGE IS 21 YEARS. VALID PASSPORT, DRIVERS LICENSE AND CREDIT CARD IN THE NAME OF THE MAIN RENTER ARE REQUIRED.OTHER POLICIES
