Our rental representative will be present at the arrival hall to assist you upon your arrival. If you require assistance after your arrival, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp at Contact Casablanca / + 212 608 00 0327. Additionally, once you have completed your booking, please share your documents and contact us using the provided phone number. We offer complimentary service at the terminal.ADDITIONAL DRIVER POLICY

After-Hours Service Fee Policy
Please note that for vehicle pick-up or drop-off scheduled between 18:00 PM and 8:00 AM, an after-hours service fee of $50 will apply.RENTAL COVERAGES
Additional protections and insurances offered by the Supplier may be available for purchase at the time of picking up the rental vehicle.
The deductible on Theft Protection (TP) / Theft Waiver (TW) is 1700.00 $ –9500.00 $ depending on the type of the specific vehicle.
These amounts are applied if a waiver is included in the rates or purchased.
The deductible is unlimited if you do not purchase CDW/LDW or if it is not included in the rate.
You can lower the deductible by purchasing additional coverage products.
when you purchase full coverage insurance from third-party providers, such as OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) or other websites, for added convenience and peace of mind. However, we want to clarify how these third-party policies apply when you rent a vehicle from us.

Responsibility for Damages:
In the event of an accident or any damage to the vehicle, you are responsible for paying the cost of the damage and any associated costs to settle the vehicle, as per our rental agreement. This payment must be made directly to our company.
Documentation Provided:
Once payment is received, we will provide you with the necessary documentation and invoices detailing the amount paid.
Third-Party Insurance Claims:
It will then be your responsibility to contact the third-party insurance provider (the one you purchased from the OTA or website) and submit these documents to claim reimbursement for the amount you paid.
No Direct Coordination:
Please note that we do not coordinate with third-party insurers on your behalf. Any agreement or coverage you have with them is independent of our rental agreement.
Coverage Exclusion:
If you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use the rental vehicle in any other negligent or reckless way, or break the conditions set out in the Rental Agreement, all applicable insurance covers, waivers, etc., will be deemed void and you will be fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle, as well as loss of use and any other related costs.
Only authorized drivers registered on the Rental Agreement are allowed to drive the rental vehicle. Damage caused by unauthorized drivers is not covered.
Damage to the roof and to the underneath of the vehicle are not covered by standard coverage.

You are also not allowed to drive on roads, the condition of which might pose a risk of damage to the rental vehicle.
You are not allowed to drive the rental vehicle off-road.
You are not allowed to drive in watercourses.
Transporting hazardous goods and materials is not allowed.
If the wrong type of fuel is put into the vehicle, it is prohibited to drive it. You will be responsible for all rectification and repair costs related to incorrect fuel usage.
Towing other vehicles or trailers of any kind is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly prohibited to use the rental vehicle in any kind of races or competitions.
The Supplier is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle after the end of the rental or in case of theft.
Mandatory Surcharges Payable to the Supplier:
If any of the items listed here are shown as included in the rate, you will not be charged for them.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) / Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) mandatory only if CDW/LDW is not included in the rates or purchased
not mandatory if you present proof of valid personal vehicle insurance that covers damage to rental vehicle
Theft Protection (TP) / Theft Waiver (TW) mandatory only if TP/TW is not included in the rates or purchased
Please note that if your credit card company or other insurance providers offer Collision Damage or similar coverage transferable to rental vehicles, it is your responsibility to verify whether it is valid in your rental country. If you wish to waive similar coverage offered by the Supplier, you may need to present written proof of coverage from the insurance provider. If the proof is deemed insufficient, the Supplier may require you to purchase their coverage.
If you wish to use insurance through your credit card company or any other provider, you must ensure it meets the minimum coverage requirements set by the supplier.
The proof of coverage from the coverage provider must clearly state the following information:

You are not allowed to cross the border in the rental vehicle to a country other than the country where you picked it up.
Please note that not only international One-Way rentals qualify as cross-bordering – crossing the border into another country or state and back while returning the rental vehicle to the original pick-up location is also considered cross-bordering.
One-Way Rentals
A rental is considered One-Way if you return the vehicle to any location other than the one you picked it up from. Each quote is only valid for the selected pick-up and return locations. To see One-Way rates for other locations, please conduct a new online search or contact us directly.FINANCIAL POLICIES
The following credit cards are accepted as a valid method of payment for the rental:

Not accepted: American Express, Diners Club, Prepaid cards, Electronic cards are NOT accepted, Debit cards, Unbossed cards

A security deposit of 3000.00 $ is required.
Please note that the security deposit indicated here is an estimated amount. The exact deposit amount depends on various factors, like your rental time, length of rental, applicable waivers and fees, your place of residence and your exact rental location. This means that the actual deposit amount may occasionally differ from the standard deposit amount.
You can lower the deposit amount by purchasing additional coverage products from the Supplier when you pick up the rental vehicle.
All cards used must be in your name.
Valid forms of payment for deposit requirement include:
Credit cards (VISA and MasterCard only)
Debit card deposits are accepted, but you must buy special insurance.
Please keep in mind that if you purchase any deductible cover products either from us or from other third parties, you will still need to present your credit card to the Supplier for deposit authorization.
The Supplier will generally pre-authorize the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit card. The deposit is an amount held on your credit card for security purposes. It will be released in full unless there are unexpected charges resulting from, for example, traffic fines, returning the car with missing fuel or in need of additional cleaning. Keep in mind that the deposit amount shown does not usually include the rental cost.REFUELING POLICIES
Same to Same - You will pick up the car with a fixed amount of fuel in the tank and you should also return the car with the same amount of fuel. Additional charges may apply if you return the car with less fuel in the tank.RENTER QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 23. Maximum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 99.
A Young/Senior Driver Fee of 10.00 $ per day applies to drivers aged 23-25.
A Young/Senior Driver Fee of 10.00 $ per day applies to drivers aged 65-99.
Please note that Young/Senior Driver fees will only be displayed correctly if you enter your age accurately in the search criteria. If you add Additional Drivers to your rental and any of them are classified as Young/Senior Drivers, you may be required to pay both an Additional Driver Fee and a Young/Senior Driver Fee.
Different driver age restrictions apply to various vehicle groups, and these are automatically applied to all online rental searches. If you entered your correct age and the online search returned a specific vehicle group, you are eligible to rent it. Please note that other supplier restrictions, such as driver's license acceptance, still apply.OTHER POLICIES
Your car will be held for you for a period of 2 hours after the booked pick-up time. If you are likely to be late, we advise that you contact the local car hire branch directly.
When returning your rental, a grace period of 29 minutes between the agreed drop-off time and the actual time the vehicle is returned to the car hire branch will be applied. After this period has lapsed, an additional rental day may be charged.
Please keep in mind that even if the Supplier offers Out of Hours service, it is usually on request, meaning you must let the Supplier know in advance that you need this service by booking the correct pick-up and drop-off times. Out of Hours Fee amounts will only be displayed in these Terms and Conditions if your pick-up and/or drop-off time falls in the Out of Hours range and the service is available. The displayed amount applies only for the pick-up and drop-off times that you searched for.
If you return the vehicle outside the Supplier's normal operation hours, please make sure you know the procedure and the location of the key return box beforehand. Also, please keep in mind that you will remain liable for vehicle damage until the vehicle return is registered on the next working day.
You are not entitled to a refund if you return the vehicle early.
Please note that if you pick up the rental vehicle earlier than indicated in the Rental Agreement, you may also have to return the vehicle earlier than initially requested. Please contact us directly for details.
Extensions are only possible before the end of your original rental period. Please inquire with the Supplier when you pick up the rental vehicle for exact extension time restrictions. You have to present the extension voucher to the vehicle Supplier before the start of the extension period. If the Supplier does not receive a copy of the extension voucher before the original rental period ends, you must pay a local penalty fee. Please keep in mind that extensions may not always be possible.
You must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was in when you received it, minus the normal wear and tear. The Supplier will charge you at their own rates for any excessive staining/soiling and/or for both internal and external damage (including strong smells). You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon pick-up/drop-off and for the cost of any new damage found at the end of your rental period.
If the vehicle requires more than the Supplier's usual cleaning, you will be subject to a special cleaning fee of 60.00 $ .
Please check with the Supplier at the time of vehicle pick-up for details on how to report damage, collisions, theft, vehicle confiscation, impounding, etc. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may result in your insurance coverage becoming invalid and/or the Supplier terminating the rental.
While in charge of the vehicle, you must perform all common sense vehicle maintenance procedures, such as checking and maintaining tire pressure and oil levels.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the rental vehicle. A penalty fee will be charged for odor removal if you smoke in the vehicle.
Transporting animals in the rental vehicle is not allowed. Animals may only be transported in the rental vehicle if contained.
The penalty fee is 60.00 $ minimum.
Lost Key or Document Policy
Please be advised that in the event of a lost vehicle key or missing car documents, a replacement fee of $500 will be charged. This fee covers the cost of reissuing keys or documents and ensures the vehicle remains secure.
