Rental Requirements and General Qualifications

The location is at Tirana Airport Terminal (forth on row outside the arrival gate). Please contact on WhatsApp; +355682060600 if you have difficulties finding the office.
Grace Period for vehicle pick up: 1 hour grace period is free of charge. After the grace period vehicle will be provided if available. Otherwise bookings will be cancelled.
After hours pick up fee: 35 Euro per rental.

$10 Eur per day
Each Additional Driver must meet the driving license criteria.

Grace period of 90 minutes is allowed from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period you will be charged at a daily rental charge at the current time and not the booking.

THIRD PARTY LIABILITY (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount with limited damage excess liability on the customer.
The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum damage excess amount is from 900 Euro to 2000 Euro depending on the vehicle.

Only in Albania terroritory, international traveler should pay cross border fee.

Deposit
Deposit payments depend on the category of the vehicles.
Only Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk. Cash, pre-paid cards, and Debit Card are not accepted for the deposit payment.
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 350 to EUR 900 (depending on the vehicle group) is held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned and if purchased SCDW it can be reduced to (EUR 150 TO EUR 300)
