Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling a reservation less than 48 hour(s) in advance of the scheduled rental period will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Extra Fees Policy:
Please keep the vehicle reasonably clean. Do not smoke in the vehicle. Remove any pet hair before returning the vehicle.
If you are unable to follow these rules, you will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.
One Way Rental Policy:
One way rentals are not supported by this location.

After Hours Returns
All vehicles must be returned to the facility at 3200 Greens Rd, Houston TX 77032 where it was picked up.
For after-hour returns, please follow the instructions below:
1.- Customer must park the car in the left side of the property in the marked areas (Returns)
2.- Take out all your belongings, make sure you are not leaving anything inside
3.- Lock the vehicle
5.- Lift the Sign "Drop your Keys here"
6.- Place/Slice the Keys in the box.
7.- Close the Box
NOW YOU ARE GOOD TO GO.
Note: Shuttle service starts at 6:00am if your return is before that time, you should find another way of transportation to the airport to make your flight on time.
COVERAGES:
Customers may use one of the following to meet the physical damage requirement for their rentals:
• Their own Auto Collision and Comprehensive Insurance that can be verified at counter, (this includes a paid-through date of 30 days from the rental date) Customer must provide proof of the coverages that specify the coverage limits and inclusions, policy number, and effective date. Insurance must be under the renter’s name or being additional driver on it. Proof can be shown in the form of paper documents, or displayed on a computer, phone, or mobile device screen.
DEPOSITS are based on your deductibles and can range from $250.00 to $2500
• A Credit Card with Rental Coverage. If coverage is provided by credit card, we must be able to verify that coverage at the time of the rental, The full cost of the rental, including the prepaid amount, must be paid with the same card. The security deposit for those using credit card insurance could be up to $2500.
• if Qualify customer can purchase a Collision Damage Waiver + Liability at the counter.
Renters Contingency Liability Insurance (RCLI) can be used along with third-party insurance (Online Purchase).
$25.99 per day plus taxes. Covers up to $10,000 in Third-Party claims.
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) using the customer collision coverage:
$16.99 per day plus taxes. Covers up to $1,000,000 in Third-Party claims.
IF YOU ARE USING YOUR OWN PERSONAL INSURANCE, BE AWARE THAT WE ONLY WORK WITH MAJOR INSURANCE COMPANIES PLEASE BRING YOUR INSURANCE DECLARATION PAGE or MOBILE APP TO VALIDATE COVERAGE. PLEASE NOTE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT WITH DECLINE SOME OF INSURANCE POLICIES WHEN CONSIDER NECESSARY.
NOTE: Insurance from Puerto Rico, Canada, or any other country outside of the US are NOT accepted.
LOCAL TRAVELER RESTRICTIONS:
ALL Texas Residents – Deposit could be from $500 to $2,500. Texas residents are only allowed to drive 50 miles per day; additional miles charged at $0.79 per mile. Additional Unlimited Miles can be eventually offered at the counter for $19.99 per day.
Texas residents must provide their own insurance full coverage and a major credit card, both under the name of the main driver.

Miscellaneous Charges
Missing Key: from $450
Each extra hour after due time will be $24.99, after the 4th hour will be a charge of a full day rate plus what was charged before.
Missing booster seat: $100
Missing Gas: $5.99 per gallon.
Cleaning fee: flat rate of $250
Smoking fee: flat rate of $450
Payment of Tolls and Infractions, plus an administrative fee of up to $50.00 for EACH Toll violation or Infraction incurred during the rental period.
Pick Up Instructions:
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO RENTAL CAR CENTER FACILITY
Upon arrival at Houston IAH airport and collecting your luggage in baggage claim proceed as follows:
1. If you arrive at TERMINAL A or B: Go to Terminal A on ground transportation area and go to the exit door marked A-115 (Shuttle Area)
2. If you arrive at TERMINAL C, D or E: Go to Terminal C on ground transportation area and go to the exit door marked C-105 (Shuttle Area)
Once you are there, please look for the white or black Passenger Van Shuttle marked with ‘24HRS HOTEL SHUTTLE (SOUTH JFK Labeled)”. Shuttle runs every 30mins upon request, the waiting time can be extended to 45min depending on the traffic due to the airport construction.
Shuttle operations hours: 6am to 6:45pm
Free Shuttle Services during working hours. The last Shuttle trip is at 6:45pm

Note: Food and/or drinks are not allowed in the shuttle also Shuttle is not equipped with the appropriate ramp for wheelchairs so please take your previsions.
Financial Policy
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa and American Express, however the company reserve the right to do not accept any of this anytime if necessary. Cards must be present, and we do not take cash cards, chime or any other coming from a virtual bank.
It is necessary to present a valid credit card in the rental office in the name of the main driver to pre-authorize or charge the deposit amount.
Deposit $250 Up to $2,500 due at time of pickup, it matches your deductible with your comprehensive and collision coverages.
NOTE: Customer must provide a Credit Card for the Security Deposit otherwise fees can apply for using a debit card for the security deposit (this one is subject a pre-approval)
